Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre We attended your murder mystery dinner theater held on November 9. The first thing that happened was a water glass at my seating that obviously had never been washed. It had a brown ring around the top of it . Bread for our meal did not come out until after everyone at the table had already finished eating. The wait staff did not bother to bring any water refills to the table. After 4 different people at our table asked 4 different employees for water we finally received some water refills. Most everyone had either gave up on eating or had to stop due to nothing to drink. The staff were rude and curt when asked for simple things like water. Honestly, I was pretty shocked at the service, considering the reputation that the Skirvin claims to have. I will have to say your facility is beautiful and the facility itself overall looked very clean minus the dirty glass full of water I was given. However, I am not sure that your beautiful facility can overcome the poor service that we experienced during the dinner theater.

Hotel of an era Pet friendly $75. Valet $35. Great historical hotel with era resemblance interior and exterior decor throughout with music era within. There is bar and a restaurant with lovely ambiance of the 1900 era with related furniture. Nice staff.

Old school charm in OKC! We drove up for a long weekend, and first off loved the aesthetic, clean, but with some history. The front desk was very friendly, and the valets would frequently offer water as we were heading out to explore a nice touch. We received an upgrade to a suite, so the room was spacious, with the living area highlighted by a curved wall of windows. Right in the heart of downtown OKC, which is amazingly quiet on the weekend we were there, there were plenty of places to dine, shop, and attractions, all within easy walking distance. As we arrived after a full work day, we simply ate in the bar and enjoyed a tasty pizza and live music. The only blip was breakfast in the Perle Mesta. The pace was very European, so if you're in a hurry, it would be frustrating, but as we were in no hurry, we waited. So, while the eggs and such were fine, although underwhelming for a restaurant that hosts a James Beard-winning Chef, one thing stood out as mildly shocking, the Biscuits & Gravy, a southern mainstay. It was served with a dark brown gravy, almost more of a sauce. While that was mildly off-putting, it tasted like it was better suited for a meat & noodle dish, not a breakfast staple. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel, and if we find our way back in OKC, we'd defiently stay again.

Great vintage hotel! This is an excellent option. Near shopping areas with restaurants, old but fully renovated, a lot of history involved, polite personnel, clean, live entertainment at the restaurant, very well preserved and even hunted, what else can you ask? Higly recommended!
