Good enough for 1 night.... We had a LONG day on the motorcycle and Evan at check-in was super pleasant and helpful. Someone should give him a raise! The room was average - air conditioner was kind of loud and the fridge made a weird noise. The room could definitely stand a make over, but it was all we needed for 1 night. We were in the 1100 block near the pool, so the hallway was VERY humid. Breakfast was average. The best thing was having the restaurant on site so we didn't have to leave again. I highly recommend their "broasted" chicken! The hotel is also very convenient to the Indian factory location that we are touring shortly.

Not worth the price… Upon arrival to our room we noticed it was humid and damp. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. The bed spread was stained and looked like it was not laundered in a long time. The mattress on one of the queen beds was so shot that you just sunk into the center. There was no way two people could sleep in the bed.

Old furniture Overall not bad. Definitely can see they're trying to make improvements. The bar is a pizzeria so is open late which was nice. Washcloths were yellow and threw me off. Match your towels. The chair and ottoman in our room should've been on a dump two years ago.

Excellent Resort This place is super clean, everything in the room is clean and well organised. Breakfast had so many different options. My kids loved the pool area they also had an out door pool that was also open and well maintained. Nice and clean fitness centre. Restaurant had good food. There was also a salon on site and a bridal shop. Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone travelling to Okoboji.

Would Not Recommend, Better Options Available We initially reserved our room for two nights nearly two months ahead of time but decided to shorten our stay to one night about a week prior to our arrival. When I called to make this change, the response from the hotel representative was less than pleasant, as I was subjected to a lecture on my request. Despite this, we arrived at the hotel as planned, only to discover that our reservation was missing. It took the front desk staff about 15 minutes to locate an alternative room for us, which, thankfully, they managed to do. The room we were given was spacious and fairly clean, which is where my praise ends. The A/C units for the rooms were poorly installed, resulting in a disruptive "current" in our room that was caused by strong winds. The noise was so significant that it prevented us from sleeping at all that entire night. Additionally, our sink flooded during our stay, making it unusable. Overall, I would not recommend staying here, especially for the price we paid.
