Beautiful property bad experience Hotel is undergoing renovation. Rooms are noisy early in the morning. Rooms are dusty and not clean. Workers are smoking in rooms and near doors. Property is beautiful and has great potential. Guests should be told about the renovation and early morning noise.

Stay away blood all over the room There was blood all over the room. Looked like a crime was committed there. Manager was rude and not qualified. Stay away especially if you have family or pets with you

Definitely not a 4 star hotel I only know that the hotel is in the midst of a renovation because of prior reviews. There was no sign of construction while we were there. We stayed on the 2nd floor in a room that was clearly in need of an update. Hallway had wallpaper peeling off the walls. That said, bed and pillows were comfortable and room was clean. Walls are indeed paper thin and we could hear conversation in the room next door. We sleep with a noise machine and even with that we were awakened at 5am when the alarm next door went off. I could even hear them snoring at times even with my noise machine blasting. I’m glad we did a Priceline deal and paid much less a night than what they were charging otherwise I would’ve been annoyed. Now I know why the Hampton inn was almost twice the price….it was probably nicer. The lobby was beautiful though. I could tell it was just redone. Otherwise an old and dated hotel worth maybe a 3 star rating. Definitely not 4.

One of the lower end Hyatts I have ever stayed at Three star (or "average") rating is being generous. The hotel and in particular, rooms are dated. Many of the rooms are overlooking the parking lots (valet in the front, self in the back). Doormen/bellmen staff is totally useless - surly, non-welcoming and nonchalant (one of them was busy looking at his cellphone!). CHeck in was fine while the housekeeping staff was corteous. Airconditioning in the room left much to be desired. Even on a cool day, setting the temp at 66 degrees was not good enough. Gym is fine, well equipped but isolated with no outside view. Bottomline: Unless there is a compelling reason, I would not be staying here again.

As expected This was a personal visit and the location was good just off the highway. The hotel was clean and met expectations
