Wonderful Place to Stay! We stayed here for the first time in June for my son's Triple Crown world series. The tournament was a stay to play so you had to pick from the list of hotels that they had listed. I am so pleased I choose Embassy Suites Downtown for the team, it was absolutely wonderful. We had the best experience with this location. We were there for 5 nights at the same time of the college world series (which made the location even better). There were parks and many restaurants within short walking distance. We had a king suite and the room is spacious/bed comfy. The hotel is so nice and decorated lovely. The staff housekeepers, valet and front desk were so nice. My favorite time was happy hour and visiting with so many people while sitting in the lobby. The bar staff was amazing and always accommodating. I would see them leaving or coming in from games and would wave and speak and be happy to see you later that evening. Breakfast was amazing. I could go on and on about the goodness of this place. We will definitely stay again!

Amazing Mike the Valet was amazing. Offered his help, suggestions, praised the positives about the hotel, conversed and made recommendations for our return. We are sure to return and appreciated the staff and everything about the surrounding area. Mike was the highlight above and beyond his valet duties.

Busy location in Omaha! This hotel is located in a very busy, questionably safe, part of Omaha. Paid parking not on the property but the next block. Rooms could use a revamping and deep cleaning. The breakfast was nice as was the evening reception. If we had it to do over again we'd find another location to stay.

Valet service We used the valet service and Campbell, Logan and Mike were professional and took great care of us. The valet stand was busy when we dropped off but Logan was quick to help out and ensured us our vehicle would be safe. They use an electronic system to track you vehicle and in the morning Campbell and Logan respondo our requests for our vehicles quickly.

Pretty good service, but room needed general maintenance We stayed for 4 nights and the service was what I expect from an Embassy Suites. The front desk service was efficient and friendly. We arrived late and the bartender was very accommodating in helping us get a food order in before the kitchen closed. The breakfast buffet choices were typical and the food was fresh and appetizing. However the housekeeping staff and room quality was not what I usually experience at Embassy Suites. There was no hair dryer in the room and the shower had 2 shampoos but no body wash and an empty bottle. We requested these items on two different days and they finally came after a 3rd request. The room was not what I typically see at Embassy Suites. The bathroom floor was dirty; the toilet paper holder broke, there were general signs of wear and tear. The room just needed some general maintenance. Perhaps our room was an exception and not typical of this location.
