Burger theory!! Went to burger theory for dinner. Service was great, Jenny was very great and helpful! Service was fast and great!! We ordered drinks, delicious and a great price. We ordered burgers, fries, onion rings, and fried pickles. Everything was great!!

Excellent everything! Burger Theory is awesome! Great service! Awesome everything. Thank you Jenny! Jenny was the best bartender ever. I loved the burger and the beers they have were great. Loved everything. Please don’t make me typer out 200 characters. It was really good trust me.

No Beds! No Ice! We had a fantastic vacation, however the 1 night stay in Omaha left us frustrated. We have often stay at Holiday Inn and found them to be a cut above. However that is not the case with our stay at the Holiday Inn Waterpark in Omaha. Check in was slow. When we got to our room it was dusty, under construction and No beds in the room! There was one arms chair! Back downstairs we went. We had booked a 2 King bed room. The front desk guy told my wife “well there is suppose to be beds in there”! Anyways, they did not have another 2 bed unit and after another long process he gave us a room with 1 bed and said there is a pull out couch. Side note: The guy said in an unprofessional way “do you really need 2 beds?” My wife said “yes, there are 4 of us”. We suggested they give us 2 rooms , but they said because we booked through a third party they were not able to accommodate us. We decided to make the best of it, but then realized there were only 2 towels, no blankets for the pull out couch, and 1 pillow. By 10:00 they did bring us up the things we needed. Waterpark? Many hotels have a waterslide, but they do not call themselves a waterpark! I think the Waterpark designation should be removed from their name. And no towels. We just walked back to our room dripping even after asking for towels, there were none delivered. My wife said there was no garbage can in the woman’s washroom in the pool area and there was even a sanitary pad on the floor! Ice machines! I wens to floors 2, 3 and 4 and found ice machines. 2 were not plugged in and one was in pieces. The third machines had lights on, but no Ice. I went back to the room and had a warm drink. As we talked we realized that they are very understaffed. The lady attendant at breakfast was attentive, but all by herself and flustered.

Burger Theory We ate dinner at the burger theory in the hotel. Food was excellent as well as the service. We have a large family with many small kids our server was very patient and ensured our children’s food was out pretty fast. The manager (Jenny) also checked on our table multiple times as I said before we have a large family so that was very nice!
