If having a wedding…go here Our son had his wedding at the hotel. What an excellent experience it was. Sam and Bree were our bartenders at the reception and they were outstanding. The bartender in the lobby bar also was great. Special shout out to the front desk crew who made the check in smooth. But the entire staff was friendly and helped wherever they could.

Beautiful, in need of a deep clean. Excellent service at the front desk. I attempted to check in an hour early but my room was not quite ready. The front desk attendant took my phone number and called me once my room was available. I somehow ended up in an ENORMOUS 2 story suite! Though big, the room is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and an update. Carpets were dirty with numerous stains. Sofa was old and needs to be reupholstered or replaced. I also found grime on some of the door knobs and light switches. Bed was clean and comfortable. The televisions are ancient and very difficult to navigate. I do appreciate that my dog was welcomed without a pet fee, nice touch.

So comfortable and welcoming! This was the perfect place to end our 6-day road trip. Our meal at the hotel restaurant was amazing, thanks to excellent service by Mallory and the bar tender, who even made my daughter a root beer float by request! So friendly and welcoming to us. It was the perfect ending to an amazing vacation!

Kind Server Mallory provided great service and patiently helped me figure out the menu after I had had a long day of driving and couldn’t think straight. I appreciated her insight into the menu and her friendly attitude! Also, the dinner and the room were excellent!

Overpriced and underwhelming The hotel is tired and underwhelming for the steep price. It is marketed as an upscale hotel and maybe it once was, but I would not stay there again. There is nothing special and the lack of touches made it feel more like a generic Best Western. The best part was Joyce, the lovely shuttle driver.
