Save yourself the trouble! pee stain sheets Save yourself the trouble! Our bed was covered in pee stains not one night but twice after telling the front desk. The desk barely cared and only offered 50.00 compensation and a thin sheet to sleep with. Please check your sheets before you choose this hotel.

In need of improvement The front desk was pleasant and that’s all I can say was good about the hotel. There were a few housekeeping issues such as hair found in the shower and fecal stain on side of the toilet. Also, the toilet was missing the lid. Unfortunately, there aren’t many options in or near this small town. I only had to stay for one night.

In need of a 24 hour shuttle, otherwise OK. Overall, it was a better experience than our last stay at another Omaha airport area hotel, which was covered in mold, but in general, for the most part, was a pleasant stay. My biggest complaint about Omaha is that we can't find a budget friendly hotel with a 24 hour shuttle and reasonable parking rates. This hotel was VERY close to Budget Airport Parking, which we usually end up using, as none of the hotels nearby offer a shuttle early enough to get us to the airport by 3 AM, or can pick us up after midnight, which is when our flights usually return, which makes things very inconvenient for us. We stayed both before and after our flights. Their rates for using Choice Reward points are very reasonable. There is a convenience store ( which sells alcohol ), and a Perkins restaurant across the street. It is not a far drive to downtown if you are looking for nightlife. We had requested a first floor room, and was pleased to receive one for both our stays, even when arriving after midnight the second time. We had only requested a regular King room, but I would call both the rooms we stayed in suites, as they had 2 beds and 2 TV's. It really would have been great if we had been traveling with the kids, but it was just us this time. The bathroom vanity was large enough to put your toiletry bag on and was outside the toilet area. Sleep Inn's do not have bathtubs. I have never cared for that, but the shower was of a decent size. I just didn't care much for the door. It actually didn't close, it just swang with no way to securely shut it, so I didn't feel the sturdiest. I can't remember if there was a grab bar in the shower, but I would have felt safer if you could of hung on to the shower door, without it swinging out if you touched it. Since we didn't arrive until after midnight, we didn't wake up in time to get any breakfast before they closed. All that was left was Jimmy Dean microwaveable sausage biscuits, which are TOTALLY unhealthy for anyone, especially those with health conditions. Ended up having to go to a a regular restaurant to get a VERY early lunch. The nicest things I can say about the place are the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and convenience to the airport. If only they had a 24 hour shuttle, it would be near perfect.

Don't walk - run away from this Sleep Inn. In addition to all the complaints about this hotel. There is a notice posted in the dining area that as of 10 July 2023, it no longer has a license to serve breakfast. I arrived very late - 1 a.m. - due to plane delays. I had called the hotel to let them know I would be late. When I arrived it was 90 degrees-ish in Omaha with high humidity. There was no air conditioning on in the room and the bathroom floor was wet with condensation. I will not stay here again and it does not deserve to be a part of the Comfort Inn chain.
