Excellent as usual! But this time even better!:) JAMES WITH HGV is an EXCELLENT representative of the company and company brand! Hilton is known for high quality overall, paying attention to details for the comfort and benefits of the customer, and making the customer feel welcome and important. In his interaction with me James demonstrated those qualities naturally and genuinely. It’s because of representatives like James that keep a customer loyal to a company. I had a WONDERFUL stay! The room was very clean and comfortable and had good basic necessities available.:)

BEWARE!! SAFETY HEALTH HAZARD ⚠️ PLEASE READ!! STOP SCROLLING!! I’ve never been more disgusted, appalled and outraged whilst staying at a hotel until this past week. This hotel is a DUMP. Upon arrival I took note that it reeked of smoke and mold, and as I found my way to the elevator I wondered if I would ever see the sun again because it truly was that sketchy and broken down. Finally when I arrived at my room all LOOKED well but after further inspection I noticed how god awful the room really was. There was dirt on the bed and floor and the curtains looked stained and mildewed. MY FINAL STRAW was when I went to take a shower and saw the biggest roach I’ve ever seen in my LIFE perched on sink as if it had lived there for years! I screamed so loud my throat was hoarse the next morning. I’m almost positive I lost years off my life just from the shock alone. Please if you are thinking about even considering this hotel.. DONT. You’ll feel dirtier than you ever thought possible. Stay safe and be smart about where you want to stay. We all need to work together and get this vile place SHUT DOWN or at the very least inspected for its roach problem..

Double Tree Tell All: the Truth behind the Trees LOOK HERE LOOK HERE!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! PLEASE!!! This is my first time staying in California and I was excited for my trip and thought I’d be staying in a nice hotel but I was so wrong. After taking a shower, I saw the biggest, nastiest, fattest ROACH I’ve ever seen (I’ve never seen a roach in a hotel before). I was in such shock and disbelief, but deep down I wasn’t surprised. Even when I walked in, the doors that were supposed to require a key to open were propped open, which was sketchy to begin with. The elevators were also very outdated and didn’t feel safe at all. All in all, this place is a dump that needs to get shut down immediately. After a long day of traveling, I just wanted to take a nice shower and relax. Now, after my shower I feel dirtier than ever before. I hope I have convinced you to look elsewhere before settling for this. You can always do better.

Dated and neglected rooms This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel first time was February of last year. The hotel is dated, rooms are just old. The room in February had huge black mold looking stain in living room. My recent stay, the slider was broken, garbage was behind the TV, tv did not work, blood stain on pillowcase. stains on curtain, dead bug squished on wall, details are not being paid attention to. The staff is hit and miss with friendliness. The shuttle was prompt, beds were comfy- huge property easily get turned around. The breakfast was decent but a bit pricey. Hilton honors folks milling about waiting to ask you about a timeshare. I stay here for business instead of the Embassy Suites because the shuttle runs 24 hours. If the Embassy Suites shuttle ran 24 hours I would always stay there.

Verify Your Reservation I stayed one night while catching a flight out the next day. I checked in via the Hilton app as I always do. I was given three options in building three. I chose the room furthest from the elevator, which was also not showing as a connecting room. When I arrived to my room at 3:30 pm, it was an accessible room with a connecting door. I called down to the front desk and explained I did not reserve an accessible room and preferred not to have a connecting door. I was told they were sold out and that I chose the room so they wouldn’t move me. Although not untrue, my options were misleading. I was told I should have called ahead of time to confirm my room. So, I suggest you call ahead of time to ensure you receive the room you reserved and paid for. The bathroom was so dark it was nearly impossible to shave the next day. I purchased two waters at the gift shop and it cost me $13, for two waters. I ate dinner at Porter’s Steak House. The food was ok, but service from Howard was outstanding. If you are in building three, I suggest driving to the back of the hotel as it is a very long walk to the lobby. Diamonds, just know what you reserved and paid for isn’t necessarily what you’ll receive. Buyer beware
