Okay Stay Let me tell you before I write my review. I’m a big fan of the Hilton brand, especially Embassy Suite. This location the bed was outdated, and uncomfortable, so the homely feeling was not there. The thermostat and mini fridge was not working which was a big disappointment. It was midnight already, and I was not in the mood to complain. The staff was awesome and the pick up van came on time. The lady that picked us up was really nice and helpful. The breakfast at the suite was awesome as usual. The hotel just needs to be mindful that rooms need to be checked and maintaining broken items need to be fixed. Maybe rooms can be upgraded in the near future.

Terrible Experience Terribly weak experience in a short visit. Was given a room that had wet carpet throughout and a thermostat that did it seem to operate. I asked for a new room and was requested to return to the front desk. Was given a new room where the carpet was dry but the thermostat was also a dummy switch. No control of fan or temperature and hot room all night. When I checked out to catch the shuttle to the airport the next morning, I was told it had just left a little early even though I had scheduled it the night before. I arrived before 4:30 am and was told they called me. Except they called the first room with wet carpet that they changed me out of the night before. So, I grabbed an Uber and headed out. This place stinks. Never again!!!

Always a GREAT stay It is ALWAYS a wonderful stay @ this Embassy Suites. From the minute Denise picks me up by shuttle from Ontario International Airport to enjoying the Happy Hour 5:30 to 7:00. The rooms are Suites❤️❤️_just lovely & oh so clean! Breakfast in the morning is a warm & plentiful experience!

Comfortable Stay close to the Airport We stayed just one night at the hotel before an early flight from Ontario International Airport. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. Our hotel room seemed a little smaller than some of the other Embassy Suites that we have stayed at, but it was fine for our stay. I was hoping that we could pick up the breakfast buffet in the morning before the flight. When I had called to check on the hours, the staff member had given me to weekday hours for the buffet but on Saturday (and possibly Sunday), the breakfast opens later. This is something to be aware of in the event that you are counting on breakfast at the hotel before you go to the airport.

Beware of additional surprise fees The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. But surprise fees was not appreciated. In order to park on property you must pay $15 per night so factor that into your trip if you rent a car or drive. They say you can park on the street but the street signs say no parking after 11pm. So either way you are paying to park rather it’s to the hotel or the state via a parking ticket. If you decide not to pay the parking fee and still park they will have your car towed.
