Nothing works Booking: We prepaid, but upon arrival, we had to make a new reservation and pay again because the hotel wasn't properly connected to booking.com. Much time wasted with booking.com and d'Lins (their registration at booking.com is wrong) to get the obvious refund. Room: The room was dark and run-down. The fridge and TV weren't working, but most importantly, the AC was crucial due to temperatures exceeding 100+ F. However, the AC only blew hot air, and the room was at 85 F (29 C), so we asked for a new room. We checked 3 rooms with malfunctioning AC until we finally found one that worked. However, an hour after changing rooms, the AC in the new room started leaking water all over the floor and kitchen area. We had to move again. A new receptionist behaved oddly, as if we were to blame for the AC problems and tried to deny us keys to the old room while we were moving our luggage. The third room had a functioning AC that cooled well, but the thermostat was broken, so we had to turn it off in the middle of the night when it got too cold. As expected, we woke up in a sauna. Other: The jacuzzi didn't work. Continental breakfast included = Very little food and nothing edible. I didn't want to try more rooms. We switched hotel and spent the last two nights at a functioning hotel nearby. Most staff were friendly, but they had limited authority, and friendliness can't make up for the condition of the buildings. Got a 50% discount. Will not stay there again for free.

Beware-Hotel d'Lins Ontario Airport Terrible place. Beware! They charged me $70 for soiled towel and sheets. Told me they couldn't wash. These sheets and towels are all old and ragged and didn't do anything but have a nose bleed on them. With bleach easily comes out. I tried to cancel my credit card charged and they lied. Said they $70 and only charged me $30. Don't stay at this place. They lost my business and had stayed here 5 times in the last year. Tom O

I came out for NASCAR weekend worst hotel Worst hotel ever stayed in when we first got there it didn't even have my room ready so we had to come back in an hour that was no big deal so we came back they put us in this room with no bathroom door no privacy or anything the door locks on the door looks like someone been broken into all jacked up holes in the ceiling water spots all over the ceilings you can see underneath the door where the seal is was cut off I went back to the lady and I asked to be in to Don the room and she gave me such attitude and I literally gave her attitude back very disrespectful girl her name is May or whatever how you spell it did they put us in a room upstairs little better but still it stinks like old dirty people water spots in the walls the bathroom is nice that's only thing about it the bed sucked pillows flat way uncomfortable I woke up hurting while I was gone NASCAR race they came into the room took my food and threw it away didn't make the bed I get this hotel I like complete zero the workers lack of respect they need to be fired except one lady that she helped us she was pretty great I would not recommend this hotel for anybody this hotel needs to be closed down or have better management screw this stupid Hotel

Please, Read Before Reserving Your Stay! The hotel management is horrible. The hotel is not as it appears as well, so do not allow the great photoshopped perfect photos that fool you. I stayed at this hotel for 6 hours, reserved through Dayuse. I wish I read the reviews first. When I arrived to the hotel, I was placed in a room where it smelled like a smoker, resided there, the phone line did not work, it was filthy, and there were cracks and holes in the restroom. I immediately requested another room. Upon going to the other room, I discovered a foul smell from the restroom, a scratched up bathroom door, small cracks in the tile, very dirty walls with small holes and scratched paint, and an filthy and cracked up bath tub. The remote did not work to the television and the couch was disgusting. The staff intentionally turned the pillows on the "good side" even though I saw the tears of the pillows. Luckily I did not have to live there, but was there to only take an exam. I did not have time to change rooms since I was there to take an exam and continuously switching rooms was going to cut into my time. The horrendous part of my stay was this. Before checking into your room, you have to pay a damage deposit which is supposed to be refunded within 7 days after your stay. My exam was on January 19, I waited 7 business days after I checked out and never received my $100 damage deposit as promised. (I was there only to take an exam and stayed 6 hours max). Upon calling I found that 1- the manager/supervisor Meiyi was barely there and 2- the hotel staff are unwilling to hold themselves accountable for their wrongdoings. I NEVER received my deposit back, so had to open an investigation against this hotel with my bank. I called the hotel several times, explaining that I was never refunded and was told that "they did their part in refunding" and "their records show I was refunded". Also, I was told they would look into this matter with their bank which is Chase and their accounting. When I asked what were some good times to call back, a few times when I called at the given times, Meiyi the manager was not present. Or Meiyi the manager would say someone will call you back and it NEVER happened. The investigation with my bank took forever but I was finally refunded my $100 from MY BANK.... not HOTEL D'LINS.... in MARCH! Please, Please, Please, Read this! I will share my experience as many times as possible to prevent this from happening to someone else. I was literally charged nearly $200 to stay at this poor excuse for a hotel for 6 hours. The only good I will say is that there was a microwave, sink and refrigerator which all worked. Please do not stay here. This is an honest review. I was increasingly frustrated with how I was treated by the management and I hope an investigation is conducted against this hotel. Again please do not stay here.

Could be 4-5 star if they cared! The room with the bed was great! But the bath was a complete disaster! The tub was mis-installed so the fiber board was showing about an inch around so we could not take showers because there might be mold there! The faucet could not be turned all the way off as it kept spinning when you tried, The door seal was missing to the outside so the wind could blow into the room. there was an old plunger left in the bathroom! When I left, I tried to speak to the manager but was told she was in a meeting. When I told the clerk about the problems she just replied "yea" to all my comments and did not write anything down! It's a real shame! This could be a delightful hotel room with a little management care!
