Great Hotel Breakfast! Great place to stop. Clean and comfortable. Close to a little grocery store Food Line to get waters and adult beverages. Hotel breakfast was great with lots of choices. The ladies running the breakfast were excellent. Definitely saving this to my trip board to visit again.

What happened to this place? This hotel has gone down. They renovated it and pulled up all the carpet and changed the warm yellow lighting to bright white light. I used to stay here for business all the time and it was excellent. Now, sad to say, it’s awful. Whoever is managing this place is doing a terrible job.

This property has gone downhill Very cheap remodel. Replaced blinds with $3 plastic blinds that don't keep light out. The interstate noise is terrible and no earplugs are provided. Room was dirty. This property has really gone downhill. I will not stay here during future visits.

MOTEL 6 quality at Hampton Inn Price Shabby worn common areas, NO drapes on windows, NO art on walls, hard plank flooring in rooms, sheets too small for beds so come off half way through the night, no outlet covers on one receptacle, NO chairs in room, only one bedside lamp. We checked into room 504 and the smell was so bad (bathroom exhaust fan not working) that we had to move to room 526 (that had ALL the issues listed above, but didn't stink). THIS IS NOT THE TYPICAL QUALITY HAMPTON INN, MORE LIKE A MOTEL 6....AWFUL. I give 2 stars instead of one because front desk gal so understanding of room change request (almost like she was not surprised it was happening).

Rooms are not clean, some staff not helpful When I arrived I asked the front desk staff for a quiet room because we had driven 10+ hours. She said the floor I was on was not full and should be quiet. When I saw the dirtiness of the room and the toilet was running, I asked to change rooms and she said she couldn't do that. I was confused because of what she told me earlier. I told her about headboard and she said she would come. Thirty minutes passed and no one came, I called and she said she couldn't hear me and hung up the phone. I went downstairs because we were tired and wanted the room cleaned since we couldn't change rooms. She was on her phone and said she was coming. She only tried cleaning one part of the board and said the housekeeping didn't clean the residue. I don't know her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag. The room was noisy, we could hear the cars in the parking lot and the toiket was running the whole night. Definitely disappointed, for paying $75 for a pet fee, the room did not have the trade off of being clean for us. Jazmin was helpful in hearing my concerns the next morning.
