Not even a Days Inn The receptionist was disinterested in confirming our booking and kept wiping her nose with her hand. The breakfast bacon was burnt. Our bathroom had broken fittings on the wall. Our bedroom door security lock would not engage. The bathroom wall was cracked. The TV controller had black tape covering the battery compartment which was missing its cover. The bath tub was very slippery probably due to the cleaner they used. Had to use a towel as an anti slip surface. The toilet seat was loose. Not even to Days Inn Standards.

Great hotel staff! The hotel is average, but the hotel staff is amazing top to bottom. I have stayed in quite a few Hilton family hotels and this one ranks in the top three for having the friendliest staff. I really enjoyed the smiles, mini conversations, and banter the staff offered while we stayed for 5 nights. Will definitely stay here again.

Shew-wee We have stayed at this hotel for the past 6 years and this the first time we were disappointed. Now that pets are allow, our room smelled like pet urine. Due to the hotel was at full capacity we had nowhere to go. Air freshener was administered but did not compete with the odor. After the two day period Bridget and Veronica found a clean and odor free-room for us to complete our stay. Great place to stay just wished the odor had been taken care of before we arrived.

It’s OK - but could be BETTER Came with my husband for a conference While it appears that “updates” have been made - the blackout curtain had holes in it the curtain over it was falling off the rack the bathroom still had the old hardware where shelves used to be or still SHOULD have been still an old “smoke” smell in the NON-SMOKING room There were NO BUGS to be found - so clean but not my standards clean Sheets were clean No stains in the carpet Breakfast NOT WORTH $18 - grab granola bars or pop tarts Balcony BEACH VIEW Beach was NOT crowded- plenty of room Staff friendly

Almost Like Family This place was great, and three of their employees really stood out. When we checked in I had trouble with my digital key, Brigette at the front desk was quick to help me out and was very friendly. She made me a card and I was in pronto. We stayed there 6 nights and have no complaints. We ate the breakfast every day and the cook, I think his name was Kashon, always stuck his head out with a smile with a good morning, and told me to let him know if I needed anything. The food he prepared was great. Last, but certainly not least, was Carmen the bartender. She was amazing. Treated us just like family. We sat around at the bar several nights and it was just like hanging out with family or longtime friends. I asked her to try and make a drink I had on a cruise ship recently, and after a couple of attempts she had perfected it It was a great stay while we attended a conference, and we absolutely will stay here again at this conference next year. Thank you Brigette, Kashon and Carmen for an amazing stay!!!
