Employees stole card info Front desk employees stole my mother card information. Someone purchased weapons and furniture. Very unsettling that our information was not safe. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS PEOPLE THEY ARE STEALING. Justina, leo were present at the time of check in.

Mediocre Hotel The room was quite dark, and I believe there were areas where a light stand could have been added for better lighting. The water bottle wasn’t complimentary for all guests — it was only free for members with Silver status or above. Otherwise, guests had to pay $4.00 for it. The bed was also too stiff for my back, and I woke up with a lot of back pain. Additionally, the hotel room cleaners didn’t empty one of the trash cans in the living room during our entire 3-day stay. The low-speed Wi-Fi was slower than the 5G on my phone. High-speed internet was only available to Silver members or as a paid upgrade.

Front desk lacks all Hilton qualities. Asking for a bottle of water here. Is ridiculous. I have been a diamond member for years and I’m slowly transitioning to Bonvoy as the Hilton professional atmosphere has died. I do not recommend the Hilton establishment. Stay down the street. Where asking for water you are not treated like you are scum.

I loved this hotel I was so pleasantly surprised by how comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable was this hotel. The staff across the board was terrific... everyone I encountered from front desk, to valet, to housekeeping... and special mention to the outstanding bartenders! ... could not have been more accommodating and knowledgeable. My room, which faced Disneyland (great for fireworks) was large and quite comfy. The bed was wonderful. I really love the lobby: it is so large and expansive and roomy, with lots of different places to sit and relax. It includes a really nice bar (again, wonderful bartenders) and restaurant with top notch food. The Pork Belly sandwich, basically a bahn mi, was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. So much so I eschewed a local restaurant and ate at the bar again a second night, which again did not disappoint. The outdoor area is also surprisingly nice and upscale, with pools and little waterfalls and places to sit, and the pool area is also very nice. All told... a great place to stay!

Great Location But A Bit Noisy This hotel is in an awesome location. 1 block from an outlet mall and a mile or so from Disney. Rooms were great with no issues. Lobby seems a bit bare and perhaps a little out of date but I suspect they may be doing renovations. The only complaint was that the rooms can be a bit noisy at night from ambulance sirens- hospital on the next side of the street.
