No hot water for 3 days room was under renovation ist room was trashed 2nd room dirty and smelly, 3rd room under renovation had no furniture or microwave. had to ask for pillow and towels. Their pictures are completely false for the property. No dining area, Laundry room trashed. Lied to for 3 days regarding hot water problem, knob even fell off in bathtub. Management knew the wall had to be torn out in bathroom to fix water problem per their contractor. Requested a refund for unused days and was refused. My trafeling companions had no heater in their room with temps in the 30's. I would like to give them no stars.

EXTREMELY DIRTY I paid for a room but ended up booking a different room at a cleaner hotel because of how dirty and nasty this place is. I can't even believe people sleep in these rooms. Please don't waste your money here. Go somewhere else.

Not Organized, Very Unsanitary Very close to the base, which is good if you need to be at the base at an early hour. If you don't, might as well stay at a little more expensive place. Their Fax does not work and the crew (an older man) didn't seem as willing to work with Progressive in having us check in. It took us more than an hour to check in. While we were there, we heard him argue with a customer on the phone. He was very unrelenting and argumentative. Although he might be right on that argument, proper customer service was lacking. There were no other hotels available in the area at that time so we were stuck. We asked for a non-smoking, double queen. We got a king sized, very stinky smokey smelling room. I would normally just give in but the first night my son started coughing so we requested to move the next day. The toilet might have been a different size than what they had in there before, so, to open or close the door, they have carved the door to fit the toilet... My son said, "You had one job!" The lady in the front was super nice and did move us. She was their saving grace. She's an angel. They need to update this place, otherwise, it will keep rotting. We have visited this place before, a year ago. We said we will never go back but we were new in the area at that time and forgot about that experience last year. My husband said he had a hard time checking in too last year because of the fax machine issue... one year and they have not resolved it. We will never go back to this place. It's not worth the money, the patience and not worth my family's health.

HOTEL IS NOT OPEN AT NIGHT NO WAY TO CHECK IN I had a paid for reservation and we had been driving all the way from Louisiana with a car full of kids. Half of this place is a assisted living home (hospice) and the staff from the hospice side of this place came out and tried to help me locate someone for 45 minutes. They told me how they always have this problem and I quote "he probably went to go by some crack" this came from a staff member in the assisted living side. They said they have nothing to do with the hotel side. I called every number on the paper and even texted because it is a cwll phone number. I had 4 nights booked and until my money gets refunded from hotwire I now have to wait for the $250 and I also had to book another hotel tonight so technically tonight I am out $600. I doubt the money will be refunded before we leave so that's $250 less for me to spend with my family on our vacation. STAY AWAY!!

nightmare room smell like smoke, and found mold in the room. housekeeping sucks, the maintance couldn't fixed my ac ,because they had none to replace and couldn't find me another room to stay in. After coming back from a business meeting there was cops all around the hotel. then I was told that this hotel has been under construction for the last 3 to 4 years. never come back again I will send a letter to the mayor telling them they need to tear down this place.
