Orangeburg SC We’ve stayed several times at this hotel as it’s very conveniently located to the interstate. Staff is very friendly, polite and welcoming. Breakfast food and coffee is hot and delicious. Rooms are clean. Complimentary cookies in lobby. Cracker Barrel restaurant right across the street for familiar dining.

Great staff. Rooms old, outdated. Needs a face lift!! We are a loyal Holiday Inn Express family for years. We were disappointed in this location. Very outdated. Carpet in room dirty. Furniture. Elevator was disgusting. Unlike any Holiday Inn we have stayed in. Staff.....was EXCELLENT! Both front desk and restaurant. Breakfast very good!

Fantastic stay I stayed here one night on my way through town and it was a truly great experience. The room was VERY clean, staff were friendly, and the free breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen in this size hotel. They even had gluten-free bagels - no other comparable hotel that I have been to has had that. The rooms are very nicely appointed with great amenities. The free Internet was rock solid with no interruptions. This was presented to me as a 2 or 2.5 star hotel, but it was definitely much nicer than that. This is at least a 3 star experience. It is a great location with plenty of food options nearby. Honestly, I am not sure how it gets much better than it was. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Not IHG usual. Certainly not worth $183 a night. Not what we expect from and IHG hotel. Price was higher than Expedia even though we are members. I tried to use points and couldn’t (that’s an IHG problem) No cash was available so we could not get change to tip those workers that deserved tips. The evening clerk who checked us in was not at the desk at all. He was sitting out at one of the breakfast tables. Admittedly, the check in desk does not accommodate the staff at all so can’t really blame him. The on line pictures are outdated - some from 2016. The place does it look the same. Very disappointed as an IHG member.

Just ok Was greeted by a very unhappy woman at an after hours window. She said only one word to me which was no when I had asked for a room the furthest away from the highway so we could get a good night sleep. Needs some serious updates, furniture is very worn and carpets are gross. There was a musty smell in the room. Comfortable beds, quiet. Continental breakfast was disappointing. It was an ok place to lay our heads and get some rest that was conveniently located near I95.
