Ivo was the best! After a long day of travel and inconvenience Ivo at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and kind! I really wish they had a breakfast included with the stay considering we have to pay a resort fee and don’t even get daily cleaning. The rooms could certainly use new air conditioners to be in Florida but all in all it’s an okay stay.

Amazing Experience thanks to Evelyn at BW Orlando Gateway I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience here at this hotel. If I had known in advance, I would have booked a longer stay. The bed was originally going to be two doubles but was upgraded to a King for us, which I'm so grateful for. The front desk person, Evelyn, was delightful _ she helped us to ensure we got transferred to universal studios and she helped us get an Uber to the airport at checkout. She was so friendly and patient and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We definitely would stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to others. Special thank you to Evelyn for going above and beyond in customer service.

Near by Universal and very clean room. Rooms are very clean. Staff is vwry friendly. Complementry luggage storage for same day. Hotel is near by universal studio ($8-10 in taxi). Swmming pool is good with two hot tubs. Drinking water is available in Gym up to 10 pm and extra money for breakfast.

Great affordable stay Very clean. Good, cheap rates and right around the corner from Universal! The tv’s were smart tv’s. The staff was very nice at check-in and check-out, especially Ivo. There is a restaurant and a little convenience store in the lobby for small needs when you do not feel like leaving. We will definitely stay here again!

A great downtime stay. Needed it. Got it! Clean and fresh, although there is a little age to this facility, I couldn't help but be impressed with the cleanliness. The look, the feel, the smell. Everything from the pool to the bar, is well kept and clean. My hat is off to all of the staff.for this. The front desk staff helped me out a lot. Evelyn and Barbara had the shifts for the time I was there. What impressed me the most was not their working skills but the fact that they had been well brought up, well before they decided to come to work. This kind of quality upbringing brings more to the table than your typical pencil pushing front desk clerk. The feeling you get is one of confidence, that you are in the right place and that your needs will be met. Really, that's what matters. Once you cross that threshold, your worries can disappear. Then I can get comfortable. Thank you.
