Terrible Experience – Filthy and Unacceptable Service **Avoid this hotel at all costs**. I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the bed sheets were not only used but also very dirty and full of red stains. It was disgusting. To make matters worse, the room had hairs all over the place, making it clear that it had not been cleaned at all. Additionally, the water from the shower and sink smelled like sewage, which makes me think that either the pipes or water tank is contaminated. I had to call the front desk manager three times to request that the room be cleaned. It took them more than an hour to accommodate my request, and they never apologized. The service was incredibly poor, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The lack of cleanliness and the terrible service made it an extremely unpleasant experience. I would never, ever stay here again. It's dirty, and the management clearly doesn't care about maintaining basic hygiene standards.

HORRIBLE HOTEL STAYED 5 NIGHTS. HORRIBLE . MY DAUGHTER HAD THE KING ROOM WITH HER CHILDREN. THE PULL OUT BED SHEETS WERE DIRTY WITH STAINS , TOE NAIL , AND PUBIC HAIR . HAD TO CALL 4 TIMES BEFORE THEY CAME. THEY LEFT SHEETS OUTSIDE OF DOOR AND EXPECTED MY DAUGHTER TO CHANGE THE SHEETS. SHE CALLED AGAIN. ALSO PUBIC HAIR IN THE BATH TOWEL AS WELL. REALLY DISGUSTING. THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT GOOD. SAME THING EVERYDAY. THE EGGS WERE NOT REAL EGGS. THE PIZZA DOWNSTAIRS WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL. I WOULD GIVE THIS HOTEL A ZERO . I CAN'T BELIEVE IT STATES THIS IS A 4 STAR HOTEL. NO WAY!!! NEVER AGAIN. NIGHTMARE! SEE PICTURES BELOW .

Great resort in Lake Buena Vista My wife Lyn and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in May. The staff are superb especially the front desk. Nothing is too much trouble. Lots of room in our suite. Great location for Disney. It's very clean and well looked after. We're from the UK and we've already booked to return in Spring 2025. This is one of the best resorts we have stayed in Orlando.

Good attention and communication. I stayed last week and it was a very pleasant experience. I want to highlight the good cleanliness of the room, as well as the special and attentive service of the Spanish girl, who, although she didn't speak fluent English, did her best to make herself understood and meet all our needs. The fact that the hotel staff made an effort to speak to us in the necessary language, even though it was a challenge for them, is something I greatly appreciate. Very good experience, thank you.

everything you want rooms fantastic lovely and clean staff exceptional and welcoming not a single problem in 2 weeks great value hotel not much nearby at nights need a uber or taxi next to a main road but dont let that put you off perfect sleep everynight you can use sister hotel next door
