Overcharged from booked rate with terrible Customer Service. Overcharged from agreed on rate of $180 per night confirmed two months ago. At checkout the rate was $197 per night. Front desk said they could not adjust the rate. Said we had to contact corporate office (which was clearly outside the country). Corporate said only the hotel could adjust the rate. After over 1.5 hours of talking, holding, run-around from hotel and Corporate, we were advised to talk with General Manager (Carmen) this next day (Mon 3 March 2025). Left a number for Manager to call us, which she did not do. When I finally reached her she was clearly annoyed and rude. Said the overcharge had been corrected. She gave no reason for not calling as requested. We were as nice as possible for as long as possible. Definitely turned us off from EVER staying at another Choice hotel.

Wedding stay So we came for one night for a wedding and check in was smooth ! The girl named bienbu if i got it right lol she was very sweet and took good care of us my mom used her points for a room 330 was nice n clean but living room ac barley worked we had it cold and it wasn't making much cool down but in room ac was fine ! My room 311 was great!!! Ac nice n cold ! Beds comfy kinda hard must be new idk for sure water pressure perfect! Hot water amazing !!!! Parking was good ! Just sucks hot tub wasn't open till 12 wish it was only open till 9! Only other issues kids were running down hall and screaming and people waking up early way to early slamming doors but overall great stay will be back !

At home comfort My brother recently had surgery at Advent Health. We needed to stay 3 nights during his recovery and chose Comfort Suites because of it's proximity to the hospital. It is the ideal location (a quick and easy 5 minute walk), but even better is the hotel itself. Every member of the Comfort team that we came into contact with was so helpful. The hotel itself is not "fancy," but homey and exactly what we needed during this stressful period. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices from hot foods to cereals and yogurts. Our room was clean with fluffy towels and quiet! Donna, at the front desk, went out of her way to help us when we needed to extend another day and the room we were in wasn't available. She arranged for another room on the same floor that we could move to without having to check out at noon and check back in at 4p. We were so grateful. Thank you Comfort Suites for making our visit so comfortable during a very stressful time for us!

Wisdom ignoring Booking.com rating 7.7 on Booking.com is below level of hotels we select but this hotel was SO convenient to where we were and the RECENT ratings were 8 and higher. Front desk couldn’t have been nicer in bettering the rate Booking offered in order to have us book directly (also when I forgot my room #_). We were even allowed to check in right away. Room was very clean and best of all : QUIET!!! Breakfast was terrific w/ lots of choices. Irony is that if I’d booked this thru Booking I’d have given this hotel a (rare, for us) ‘10’ which might have helped yank it up to an ‘8’, the level we usually insist on for our lodgings. Husband was pleased w/ location, quiet, breakfast … Said we can consider 7.7 rated lodgings in future (but DO go ‘direct’ for best pricing).

Thank you Jordan Jordan was great. He went above and beyond to help my wife and I. Helped out in an annoying and stressful situation while leaving the hotel. Thank you Jordan for got above what your normal responsibility’s are and helping my family. Hotel was what we needed.
