HORRIBLE SERVICE - stay elsewhere!! I booked a room for my very first trip to Disney. I unexpectedly had to cancel last minute due to a really big family emergency that was obviously not planned. I reached out to booking.com AND the property to cancel the reservation without a penalty due to my unexpected changes. I had to cancel my very first trip to Disney due to something completely beyond my control. The hotel was not understanding at all and completely inconsiderate. They proceeded to charge me the full nights stay and were unwilling to help me. Based on the service alone, do not stay here! I’m sure there are better properties in Orlando.

Good stay! My family and I enjoyed this hotel very much. It was a short stay but comfortable. Did not try out the pool since we were at a water park all day. Staff was friendly and kind. The hotel seems a little outdated in certain areas. Breakfast was filling, and simple. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice place to stay Property is older, but nice and clean. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast was adequate before going to work. Only complaint is that when I got coffee around 6AM every morning it was cold or lukewarm. The location is convenient to both the airport and 528.

Vegetable-level incompetence Paid reservations in mid-July. Flight canceled due to Hurricane Debby, so I called to move reservation to next day. Arrive at midnight to find my reservation was canceled and there were no rooms available. The system confirmed my changed paid reservation, but screw that. No help whatever in finding another option; even within the Choice chain. Absolute vegetable-level competence all around. Long-time (10+ years) Choice member, four stays at this hotel in less than a year, and garbage service anyway. I won’t give them another chance to crap the bed

Poor service, worse response! Booked an online reservation in March with a valid credit card (still valid). When I arrived to check in (June), I was told the reservation was cancelled. Apparently the card declined. Not sure why, there was available credit (other sales at the same time went through). So be it. I asked if they had any rooms available. Yes, but the rate I reserved would not be honored. I pointed out that the rate is actually lower now. They would not honor their advertised rate, so I had to go online with my phone in their lobby to reserve at the new, lower rate. All the while the staff was disinterested, speaking to each other in Spanish. I know enough Spanish to know they were not being rude, but they did not care or offer any solutions. I expressed my thoughts in a post visit survey, and their response was completely tone deaf. Basically, they said I should be more careful with the cards I use. I have an 800+ credit score. My cards only decline when their is funny business, like duplicate charges. But the card companies usually inform by email/text if activity is suspicious. This was a large family visit, and I had recommended the others staying there. I won't do that again! Room was fine. Breakfast was fine. Service was pathetic, response was tone deaf.
