Absolutely worthless!!! Staff was very nice no problem with that. 1. Beds weren't comfortable especially the sofa bed. When I lay down on it, I was literally hitting the metal part of the bed frame. I had to go to the front desk and asked them to give me extra padding so my son could sleep on it. But the center part of the sofa bed was like a hammock. I didn't like the fact I had to figure out how to open the bed and make it myself for the 1st time. The rest of the stay (5days) it was never folded back into the sofa. It stayed as a bed. One day they took all the padding away and I had to go back to the front desk and ask for them again. 2. Notice I am constantly saying I had to go to the front desk, because their phone wasn't working and even though I told them no one came to fix it. Infect I was asked to see if it was plugged in. Like I am working for them. 3. The room was not very updated or clean. It smelled weird and a big factor was they allowed pets. Do you really think they won't have any accidents with their pets and they would tell!! 4. Carpets needed to be serviced not just vacuumed. My son walked around barefoot and his feet were literally black. 5. My wife and I are extremely into cleaning and when we saw hair on our bedsheets one of our pillows and washroom towels, that was a deal breaker for us. We used disinfecting wipes and spray and we put our own sheets on the bed so we could at least sleep. 6. They had small bugs everywhere. By the beds and in the washroom. 7. Extremely loud hotel. People were loud their kids were so loud and they had their pets barking from the rooms. 7. Their washing machines were okay but one of their dryers weren't drying clothes and 2nd dryer wasn't stopping for long time. Their guests were so inconsiderate they left their clothes on top of folding desk and in the working dryer and didn't come back for over 2 hours. I had to use non working dryer twice to dry my son's clothes and 2nd dryer was still running. Their dryers need service I am HVAC and appliance tech and I know what I am talking about. Their filters were so clogged I am surprised they haven't cought fire yet. They had their pets hair in them. How do these people live it's beyond my imagination. Am I going to come back? Absolutely not. Will I recommend you to go their? Not in my good conscious.

Volcano bay trip Well 2nd stay here and it was great again ! Our check in was smooth and the lady sho helped us friday was very sweet and very caring ! And property still well maintain ! Also I was told there going to be renovation hotel soon that's pretty sweet I hope it comes out nice ! Pool was good ! Hot tub great ! But a little to much chlorine in it but ok! Beds comfy ! Ac good ! Shower pressure the only issue again needs to be a bit more powerful took few extra mins to clean off but no other issues at all ! Parking good ! I just wish these choice hotels wouldn't allow just anyone to park in those spots should be like spot 1 rsvd for so n so but anyway love this place will be back !

Awesome staff and hotel They had a different breakfast everyday. Non pork options also. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Well worth the money! It’s a five star hotel without the five star price. Room was cleaned daily! Coffee, tea, and water available all day long.

Worry free stay The whole stay went without a hiccup, it was stress free and the breakfast was (chefs kiss) magnificent. Thank you to all the staff! Especially on the second day, we needed help with getting a mini fan opened to put batteries for our baby stroller and the front desk staff and maintenance went above and beyond. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and we will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Ms Tamara is the BEST SUPERVISOR! Ms Tamara front office supervisor was AMAZING & helped SAVE THE DAY when i got in town during a storm after the hurricane. Please give this woman a RAISE! She gave us a great room & service! Most respectful & understanding hotel supervisor!!!
