Failed at the last hurdle, but a nice hotel. We tried this hotel as a change to our usual choice, so the bar was set high. This is a sold on, refurbished old Crown Plaza. They have made an excellent job with the refit. The room was fantastic, large, clean, comfy bed, good bathroom, lovely view. Parking is expensive, a shame this is becoming normal now in Orlando, however all the spaces are in easy walking distance to the hotel. There are good amenities onsite, not the cheapest but handy. The staff were all lovely, very friendly and happy to help. We were given a couple of free drinks vouchers for our anniversary, which was lovely. Our only real complaint is that we chose the hotel set against our usual places amenities and having a hot tub was important, we have drinks in the hot tub every year for our anniversary. Being English, sitting outside in a hot tub, warm in Nov is a treat! However the hot tub jets were broken all week, basically making the hot tub an outside hot bath. This was very disappointing, waiting for parts for a week in a place where literally everyone has a hot tub sounded a bit lame, we were also not sure how hygienic a hot bath without jets to rotate the water would be as well, so we only nipped in for 5 mins on our anniversary. It is a shame as it will stop us booking there next year as it spoilt our tradition and other than that we thought we had found a new perfect spot in Orlando.

Watch Parking Rates, but great hotel in the busy Tourist area of International Drive. Great Hotel, clean, the beds were comfortable. But Please ask about their "Self-Parking" Rates; parking for 2 nights cost as much as one night at the hotel. I feel this should be disclosed at or before purchase. There is a QR code in the parking lot and it gets charged to incidentals. Great amenities on property for kids and family during your downtime.

Worst experience I have experienced a not too good time there. I expect the benefits of being a elite member of Marriott Bonvoy and talk to manager, but they did nit move a finger to solve the requests. My room was not clear everyday, and I have to proof that my reservation has breakfast included to have breakfast normally. I really DO NOT recommend to anybody.

A perfect combination of quality, amenities, and location. Hotel Landy was a perfect combination of quality, amenities, and location. The place was cute, looking like it had recently been remodeled, and it simply checked all the boxes for something you could want from a hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for access to Disney, Universal, and I-Drive. It's also next door to a Giordano's and a WaWa and, with I-Drive nearby, you have lots of access to food options. I would happily recommend Landy and would gladly stay there again.

Will definitely go back The best and friendliest staff i have ever met at any hotel in any country especially in the US The hotel itself is exactly as it appears on the site beautifully decorated and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast inside the hotel but did not try the other food options
