Great surprise! Our stay was faboulous! Very nice resort with a wonderful pool, very clean and spacius room and very close from Disney Parks/Springs and restaurants/shops… we will definetly return here!

Dated but, a nice place to Stay My family stayed here in 2 units (8 of us). We had a great time! The unit stove did not have an oven but, it did have convection in the microwave. The units are a little dated but, still nice and comfortable.

Fantastic resort in a great location! Fantastic resort in a great location! Cyprus Pointe exceeded all expectations. Friendly staff and well-kept grounds made our vacation very special.

Parking NIGHTMARE While the hotel is great for the price/what you get, the parking is HORRENDOUS. We got back late on a Friday night to zero parking available...sent us to Grand Villas next door for "overflow" parking, only to be told by the security guard there that they were also full...after an hour of back and forth and LOTS of attitude from the female night security guard, the front desk employee kindly moved his car to the front drop off area so we could park and finally go to sleep. I booked a new hotel at 4 am and we were gone by 10. No way I would stay here again based on parking alone. Who wants to battle to park and then have to hike back to your room in the middle of the night?!?! HIGHLY suggest they stop fully booking rooms until they have the parking space to accommodate same. I will say there were some pros....MOST of the employees were friendly/kind, the manager was great when I expressed my concerns and disappointment with the parking situation, and the dude who runs the little market/cafe shop is cool as heck and really knows how to make some yummy food!
