Fantastic place to stay Clean rooms, well located, great amenities, lovely buffet breakfast. Overall great place to stay. Fantastic service with special mention to Jim who looked after us on many occasions throughout our stay and gave us extra tips on things to see.

Love the Double Tree Super fluffy pillows and a clean comfy bed. Spacious room and very friendly staff! Definitely recommend, can’t miss out on their cookies! Be it a regular or a hilton honors member (which you should sign up for) you’ll have a wonderful experience here with lot of amenities

Excellent stay for family Universal vacation My son(12) and I stayed here as a last vacation before the start of school. We took the Brightline from Miami and took an Uber here. As described, the hotel is within walking distance to Universal studios . The pedestrian bridge and walking path are right across the parking lot. There is also a shuttle to/from Universal that you can reserve. We did both- walked and used the shuttle . We paid a little extra to have breakfast included and it really surpassed all expectation. The buffet was varied ( even had an omelette station) and the staff was spectacular! The rooms were spacious and had excellent amenities m. The warm cookies at check-in ( you can get daily) were a welcome treat. The elevators did go down briefly but the staff worked to get people up/down with the service elevators. We walked since we were on 10. My son and I both give this hotel a thumbs up!

Disappointed I stayed here July 29-Aug 3 for a conference. I will never stay here again. The first room I was in smelled like smoke and then we found roaches crawling in our bathroom. We requested to move which was an inconvenience because our 2 grandmothers were in a conjoined room next to us. The next room had some plumbing issues regarding the tub, but at this point I was sick of complaining. The elevators are extremely slow, I had to have my keys reset several times, and the front desk lines were awful wait times. We always use Hilton properties for business and personal travel,but this has been the worst. I was suppose to be sent some points and I’ve yet to receive those. I have not been compensated for the roaches in my room or for having to move rooms in the middle of the night, packing up a week of clothes and belongings. Disappointed is an understatement!

Great experience at this hotel!! Hotel room is great. Very spacious and clean. Definitely would return. And so close to Universal and free shuttle service. And the staff is so friendly!!!! If you have military tickets that you need to scan in and trade for paper tix then they have a desk to do so. Also Starbucks on property!! As well some food places
