Friendly, hard working Staff This hotel, while not brand new nor a Universal-branded property, was kept clean and stocked by a very friendly, hard-working crew. In this busy area, with so many people passing through, it can be hard to keep common areas and rooms neat and tidy, especially in the era of Covid. Not so at Drury Inn! The staff and cleaning crew were constantly making sure everything was attended to and clean for the guests. And I was amazed at the constant greetings and friendly comments from the crew. This is something you just don't encounter much, even at high-end hotels in many areas. Common courtesy was greatly appreciated and reciprocated. The included breakfast was also generous and fresh. In the evening, another meal was provided, along with free drinks at the bar. The indoor/outdoor pool was kept clean, with ample towels available. My only suggestion would be to replace the metal chairs with more loungers. There's not a great deal of seating space in the pool area, but this Florida, we want to recline by the pool!

Excellent Last-minute Stay After a long day at Universal, we decided our original idea to leave the park and drive straight to the Gulf Coast was really unwise. We were lucky to find Drury, with high reviews, had space for us to book last minute. It was like a cool drink of water after a long hot Florida day. From the best check-in welcome forward, it’s been a perfect stay. The hotel is pristine—lobby and room, our room was big, great pillows, the breakfast was kept replenished and the trash was never overflowing (like it usually is with free breakfast places), and we were honestly sorry to leave. This is an extremely well-run hotel. We will 100% stay here again.

Great Hotel I read the reviews and decided to give this hotel a try. I am really glad I chose it. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and safe. And, it is close to the amusement parks, restaurants, supermarkets. It's close to everything. It is also family friendly. Next time we go to Orlando, we will go back to the hotel.

What an amazing experience Top down, this is a different class of hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. The management was very kind and professional. From the moment you walk into the hotel, you smell how clean it is. You see the decor and the spacious lobby. The rooms are good size and very clean. Towels are not worn and the beds are soft and comfy. The pool is indoor/outdoor and well taken care of. Fresh towels were always in abundance in the pool area. My son LOVED the huge outdoor hot tub. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, pastries and other breads. Milk, coffee, juices and even sodas if you want them. You can get free sodas all day and night if you want. Who else does that? No one! Then from 5:30-7pm they have literally dinner for free. One night chicken fingers, mashed potatoes. Another night Pulled pork sandwiches and beans & veggies. Plus nacho bar and hotdogs. Usually there is a soup of the day also and the 3 free drinks if you'd like. I will go out of my way to stay at a Drury Inn. From Missouri to Tennessee to Florida, they operate the same, with class! You can tell this is a well run organization. There is the Drury Inn then everyone else. Don't think twice, you will not regret staying here!
