Heavily used Heavily used hotel. Had some issues with only one elevator working and some minor room mishaps, but overall an okay experience. Very convenient to/from MCO. The rooms, although a tad dated are clean. Food and bev experience us typical Embassy Suites fare.

Happy staff Genuinely happy staff from front desk to valet driver. Room was clean and spacious. Valet was very accommodating so we could grab free breakfast. Some reviewers have said I will tell dated. Possibly but very inviting and great view from the elevator. Keep up the good work.

One huge miss. Room was clean. Air conditioner was inoperable. Average ten in the room was about 78 on the top floor which made it nearly impossible to sleep. When we had it checked, the engineer basically called us a liar and left. Other than the room temperature, everything else was fine. Good service at the restaurant. Good breakfast options.

Excellent service We were caught up in a tropical storm at MIA, and decided to Brightline up to MCO to fly out. But, when our Brightline was cancelled due to flooding, I had to cancel our stay. I booked the nonrefundable rate, so in theory they didn't have to work with me at all. But, when I called, they ended up giving me a full refund because the cancellation was due to matters out of my control. Best customer service!

Business stay Friendly, quick and professional check in! Room had a lot of space! While walking around the hotel, the front desk, check-in lady knew my name and greeted me each time she saw me. Absolutely wonderful customer service could not believe she remembered my name out of the hundreds of people she must check in!
