Must arrive before they lock the doors at night. If you get to this hotel after 11 PM, only God can help you. They do not answer the phone during the day to tell them that you will be arriving late. There was no one at the front desk. We arrived very late due to a cancelled flight requiring us to drive. Thankfully the hotel is in a safe looking neighborhood and Hotwire refunded our money but we were stranded for a little while in downtown Orlando.

TERRIBLE HOTEL DO NOT STAY HERE. The front desk clerk was extremely rude. The pictures do not provide a true representation of the hotel. It is old and dingy. Most importantly, my room smelled terrible and was not secure. There was a door to a shared balcony that did not lock securely. I checked out within 5 minutes. The front desk did not refund me and I am unable to reach the hotel. I call and no one answers and the mailbox is full.

A perfect spot to spend the night What a lovely little Inn in the heart of Orlando. With a rich history, the Eo Inn has adorable rooms and many areas to decompress. If you are looking for a great location with a brewery attached, this is your spot. Once a hostel a hundred years ago, the Inn cycled through many rooming type establishments to become the gem it is today. They provide a grab and go breakfast with hot and cold beverages that can be enjoyed on their balcony or taken w you as you explore the area. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Deceptive photos We were so disappointed by the scruffy, beat-up feel of the room, building and grounds. The website pictures make it look crisp and clean, but the place is rundown and dirty. Needs a total refresh and a maintenance staff who care to keep the place up. We felt totally "taken" by the price we paid for this "worn-out old shoe" of a hotel.

Perfect location for great food and art. The location is perfect. Right across from Lake Eola and wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very helpful, fun, and friendly. There was a continental breakfast, bottles if water. Keurig that had a good selection. Room was very clean and comfortable. We like to find hotels that have character. We came n town for just one night to hit up museums, galleries and restaurants. We stopped in at the brewery that is connected to the hotel. Enjoyed our weekend in Orlando.
