Don't Book Here! Not worth it!! Don't. Just don't. I travel a lot. And I don't ask much from a hotel, just be clean, smooth check in, and that's about it. The check in process was like getting a background check. But I don't know why because of the price and the fact that the rooms have kitchen, means that the hotel is filled with sketchy, transient people using it as a home. We arrived late which they knew about, after Halloween Horror Nights about 1am. The night clerk told me that the system had just started the nightly audit and it could take an hour to check me in. I said "Am I supposed to sleep outside until then?" And he pointed to a chair and said we could wait there. We were exhausted. He said he would let us know when it was done and left the desk. About 10 min later I was so miserable and I needed to sleep. I tracked him down asked him if he could check again and magically he was able to check us in. I have no idea how long he would have let us sit there. There were only 3 flat pillows on the beds and 4 towels for 3 girls. I called down to ask for linens for the sofa bed and another pillow and they told me that they don't have pillows??? And I could come down (exhausted and in my pajamas now) and get the linens. The sofa bed was so filthy and uncomfortable that I folded it back up and just slept on the couch. They wouldn't give more than 4 towels per room. And if you needed a new towel, you had to bring a dirty one to the desk to get a new one. No one would bring anything to your room. They don't do that. The room was so dingy. I was unsure of the cleanliness and the shower had a dirty film over the bottom. Half the things were broken. I put some clothes in a drawer only to pull the drawer out and the whole thing fell apart. At 1am the next night, there was a loud noise from the mechanical room that went on for an hour and we couldn't sleep. Check out was at 11am and you can believe that they cut off the internet and were knocking at the door at 10:45. I am a budget traveler, but I would rather sleep in a tent. I come to Orlando all the time and have stayed at the majority of the budget hotels and this one is the worst so far. A MUCH better option is either the Delta hotel down the street or the Red Lion in Kissimmee. The kitchen does NOT make it worth it to stay here.

The lady that checked me out if the convention center Orlando was awesome great customer service and the man that check I stayed here the Staff was excellent as far as service but I had an incident with my daughter and instead of her getting kicked out I did I can't go to no extended stay in America which I was told from supervisor Spanish lady that I can go to another property lies Im homeless now nowhere to go so they let me stay at the convention center location and told me I can't extend my stay they also took my 660 dollars from the extended stay palm parkway in Orlando they never returned my money for the rest of the stay 660 dollars that was not used. Financially I don't recommend extended stay if you happen to have an incident that was not your fault. 660 dollars is a lot of money and I got kicked out and paid another extended stay . I just think they should of refunded my money wen they told me to leave because I am homeless._

I highly recommend this property and give the staff 5* The GSR Ferdinand was awesome and attended to our every need. His warm, friendly and welcoming personality made us feel very comfortable and safe at the property. Other staff were friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again. The entire experience was truly home away from home.

Very Rude and adamant staff. Very stirct & illogical policies which is never mentioned in black and white. NOT RECOMMEND was geared up with my family and landed in Orlando Airport at 8:00 PM 2nd of April 2023 and reached hotel at 9:30PM. I approached for checkin the hotel and was told to provide the Photo id of me and my spouse, I was able to provide all passports of my family except my wife, as I forget it to bring with me . She had a Temp driver license and credit card and a soft copy of passports with her at that time and same was shown to TSA at airports , who allowed her without any issue. I requested the hotel manager many times that it was already night time and family was hungry and we were wondering on roads as he was not allowing us to checkin. I was feeling helpless and my family was crying on roads. The hotel manager was adamant even I told him to give me the exceptional entry for that night and I can get my wife’s passports next day, but he didn’t agree. I called Booking.com ( from where I Booked this hotel) and requested them to check if they can make any arrangements, Booking.com agent tried to call them but they never respond. it was 11:30 Pm at night and I was wondering on roads if I can get any availability in any hotel. I checked with couple of the hotels nearby but had to come disappointed as no rooms were available. Our vacations was coming to worst holidays ever. My 2yr old daughter was looking for food and milk __. Fortunately I got the availability in Hilton Hotel in the city with cost me double the price and I was able to checkin a room without showing my wife’s id card which I never did ever in my 10 years of married life. she was able to get entry in all theme parks and Kennedy Space center with the soft copy of her passport as a Photo id. I don’t know how is the security policy designed for extended America, but what so ever it is it’s not good at all. Moreover cancellation charges were leveled on me, even though the cancellation was done by hotel staff. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. There is many chances to get harassed

Average We stayed her for 5 days in Nov. We had a king bed room, and most everything was very average. It's never a good sign when you walk in to the receptionist desk to a big tv screen that tells you you're being recorded. We did notice on our 2nd day that we had ants coming in from the air conditioning unit as the caulk around it was peeling off. We were also missing the cover on the bathroom vent light. And im not sure if our freezer was supposed to be hooked up to water or not, but the ice maker never worked our entire visit. We could hear it trying to work, but there was no water. And yes I did flip the arm to tell it to turn on. Everything else in the room was ok. The biggest disappointment was the pool. We were looking forward to having a few pool days on our last sunny days. But the pool still had not been cleaned 4 days after the tropical storm hit and was full of debris. The concrete around the pool deck was peeled up in a bunch of areas, and all the pool chairs had been stacked, I'm assuming before the storm hit, but never taken back down. We ended up paying for a day pass to another hotel to use their pool for a day. For the price, it was ok knowing we were out of the hotel for the majority of most of the days. But there are few things we wished had been a little nicer.
