Worst Of The Worst. Cancel Now! You’ve Been Warned! No staff when you need them. No night auditor! Don’t arrive late or expect any service in the evening! No house keeping. Smelly rooms. Broken AC. I can’t believe this is a Marriott. You will find better service at a hostel.

The ABSOLUTE Worst! My family & I checked in on 8/6/2021. We were placed in 205322944 2447 with no A/C. The front desk staff told us "there's a thermostat on the wall." When you first enter, you don't see a thermostat but as friendly as we are, we went to search again. I returned to the front desk and informed a very unprofessional and irritated Kenedi. She said, "Miss! I can guarantee all of our rooms have a thermostat!" She dismissed herself as I tried to show her the video as evidence and began to spray the counter as there were no other patrons to serve. The one young male admitted that not all rooms had been upgraded and someone would be sent up to take a look at the A/C. After 3 visits back to the front desk (because noone answers the phone) and 1 hour of waiting, a man came up and couldn't fix the issue. He said he was "going to try something else." This something else was to contact his supervisor via walkie-talkie radio. He wasn't expecting me to step into the hallway as he fanned me away with his hand. His supervisor told him "he was too busy." He must have heard me say "You have no choice than to come now." The supervisor arrived but couldn't fix the issue either. My mom said, " I'm not understanding why this place just can't do what's easier; change our room?" The first "HVAC" man suggested this during his 1st unsuccessful attempt. The supervisor radioed downstairs and our room was changed to 2446. This room had no internet/tv service. After 24-hours, we finally got that fixed (2:30p; 8/7/21) after asked on 8/6/21 @ 8:30p. Housekeeping is non-existent!! Front desk told us, "if you're staying 5 days or more, your room will be cleaned." After mentioned still living in a COVID-19 world, he said "We are short staffed." We needed towels/wash cloths, mopping of bathroom, and trash taken out. "Due to COVID-19 "we have to set out our trash in the hallway" but no bags are provided. I've always stayed at the Courtyard Marriott and JW Marriott and always had a great experience. This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever had at a Marriott! This is a 1-star Motel by far. The HVAC and Cable guy were more apologetic than the front desk staff. The most disgusting part of it all, thus far, is catching the housekeeping lady; who I had to bring my used towels/rags to as she "cleaned" another room, "cleaning" the bathroom floor using her feet to wipe a towel across the floor. She said "we don't have mops." Unbelievable! Coronavirus is sure to be caught staying here!! And I couldn't figure out why patrons were so upset and mean when we arrived to check-in. I understand now. I suppose people booked through a 3rd party site and got a good price ($114). They have the audacity to charge over $220 on the Marriott webpage. Oh yeah, they don't replenish your toilet tissue BECAUSE housekeeping doesn't come to clean and the front desk DOESN'T answer so that you can request what you need. I cant attach my photos_. Unacceptable Marriott! You charge entirely too much for motel service. Member and Stock holder

They are trying (I guess) We are from Texas and were very excited to visit Florida. This hotel location is literally perfect. It is within 10-15 minutes from Disney World, Universal. Our first impression was not too bad. They have free parking, free breakfast (great selection, nice personal, Liudmila was just wonderful), and those features are a big plus. But we were soooo grossed out when we saw three bugs in the room. Come on, people, if you charge that much would you at least make sure that the rooms areclean? By the way, we had to ask for cleaning 24 hours in advance. I had never had to do in anywhere else. Is that new practice?

Does not live up to Marriott standards I’m going to first share the less than ideal issues at this hotel that will keep me from ever returning. First: the common areas (lobby, breakfast area, bathroom off the lobby, and the hallways on the upper floors) were (a) *hot* enough to promptly start sweating, and (b) smelled awful. The lobby had a sharp pungent smell, the hallways a musty one. Our room had a faint musty smell, but either we got used to it or our air purifier removed it. Second, our room didn’t include basic necessities like soap for the shower, enough bath towels, or dirty laundry bags. Third, the breakfast was subpar. The selection was limited and the OJ was watered down. The hotel is showing wear (eg the soap dish in the shower was removed but you could still see where it had been in the tile). Parking is weird- most of the spaces are behind the adjacent shopping plaza. The exterior door from the pool would not work with our room key - meaning we had to walk through the parking lot back to the lobby. It wasn’t all bad. The staff were truly friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the room was perfect, the room clean, the beds comfortable, and the WiFi fast. Obviously the biggest thing this hotel has going for it is it’s proximity to Disney. It felt like the hotel knows it can always get enough bookings thanks to their proximity to Disney, so they are skimping to save money and not worried about returning customers.

Hahah. OMG! Back to Hilton for me! So I am a Platinum Elite Marriott guy and will be back to travel in August. I have just witnessed something that literally made me nauseous. They put wet used soap back in the box on the sink!!!! Hahah. Are you serious? Did they think that was gonna dry before I got here? Come on Marriott. I love you but gross is gross. I have now seen it all.
