Great stay! You won’t be disappointed! Great greeting from front desk staff, they were very helpful and the housekeeping staff was very nice and friendly !! Great room location, clean room and the chaise was very comfortable! I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed!

Don't delay - book now! The whole experience from check in to check out was brilliant. The staff are attentive and have a very positive approach. My room was spacious and the bed was divine. It was hard waking up in the mornings as my sleep was so good. The pool was just the right temperature and there was no shortage of sunbeds. With the accessible entrance to the Florida Mall, we could shop and rest and shop again! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I have stayed here before with family and the expectations are always met!

Always a pleasure to be back Staff always friendly. Rooms incredibly clean. Great gym. Breakfast is super delicious and the waitresses are the most lovely people ever! Always a pleasure to return to this hotel. It’s amazing having the Florida Mall just down the stairs. Very good venue for shopping.

Great Experience First time visiting this hotel and everything was GREAT, the staff, the rooms and the food was excellent. I luv the fact that they are connected to the mall which gives you an extra reason to visit putting the cherry on top of your experience..
