Excellent location and plenty of space Excellent location close to shopping and restaurants. Parks within a 10 minute drive. Very spacious unit with plenty of space for our family of 8. Pool was fun with the live DJ- kids had fun playing games. Would definitely return.

Book signing and Birthday Me and my family were greeted with lovely smiles and conversations from Ms.Anasis and the energetic manager. She acknowledged my husband's birthday with a kind souvenir. They both offered massage therapy recommendations which I was on my list to enjoy. I have already recommended this resort to my friends in Missouri. We may come back to get away from our harsh weather in December. 10 out of 10.

Quiet but interesting I needed towel and a change of sheets for my room the entire stay. I received towels the evening before check out. My master room electric did not work for a few days the bathroom door was jammed and you would get locked in. There was a list of things but my biggest concern especially with little ones was cleanliness. Every time I asked the ladies at the desk for towel and help with the issues in my room they called but they were ignored also. Housekeeping and their engineers were never available and it really made our stay interesting but the front desk staff was amazing. Anasis, Ayana, and Jessica always followed up and assisted through the confusion. The communication between housekeeping and engineering needs to be better. That part affects the guest staying at the resort if the staff at the desk is calling Maintenace for a room the follow up should not be 3 days later. Anasis, Jessica, and Ayana were amazing and as upset as I was their patience helped create a lot of calm.

Not enough attention paid for quality stay This resort offers everything you need as far as appliances, washer/dryer, etc for a family stay. Unfortunately, there's not enough concern about cleanliness. The sheets on the bed were stained and had to be replaced. It's DISGUSTING to look at the sheets on your bed and see yellow stains! Fortunately I was able to get the front desk to answer on that call....other calls would just go unanswered. There was trash all over the grounds near the pond area and don't get me started about the pool area in the morning. Last night the pool closed early due to the weather and when we went down this morning the area wasn't cleaned from the night before. There were socks, shirts, and drink cans everywhere and potato chips bag IN the hot tub.....not to mention the water bottle , goggles and plastic toy basket my daughter found IN the pool! Bring your own towels to the pool.cuz there won't be any down there most of the time. The only time there were towels was when we went down early in the morning and we took them to the room after using them to bring them back later in the day because we knew not to expect any to be there in the afternoon. Oh and don't get me started on the tv situation. There's no guide to help you understand what channel 7-1 or 9-3 is and can somebody tell me why a hotel TV can't pick up ABC? If you have a favorite show that airs on ABC, honey your best bet is to set your DVR before you leave home! If you're expecting a resort thst pays attention to detail and cleanliness to make your stay pleasurable, this ain't your joint!!

Ashamed by the service We arrived at the resort and went to check in and were told that our room was not going to be ready until 4:30. Which was fine as it was only 3:00 and check in is not until 4:00 so we ran to the store to get our groceries for the week. We arrived back at the resort at 5:00 again went to the lobby to get our keys and was once again told that our room was not ready & would not be until 6:30. Thank goodness we had other friends staying at the same report that had a room that was ready so that we could have some where to store our groceries until we could get into our room. Finally at 7:00pm we were allowed to get into our room. When we got to our room we entered and found the floor to be very wet, but figured that it was from the cleaning crew that just left. After being in our room for about an hour we noticed that the water on the floor was growing and it was coming from our dishwasher. We placed a call down to the front desk and they advised that they would send someone up. So in the meantime to help ensure that no further damage was done to anything else in our room we took some of our towels in our room and laid them on the floor to help catch the water. We left our room for a few hours to check out the hotel and the Orlando area, when we returned at 10:30 no one had been there yet and now our whole kitchen and Hallway were flooded with water. I made another call to the front desk and again they stated the same thing, someone would be right up to fix the issue. While I waited I took all the towels in our room and created a dike to hold/slow the water from going any further in our room. I waited until 12:45 am and no one showed up. I woke up the next morning only to find that they still have not come to fix it and now we had no towels to shower with in the morning before we left to visit the local parks. So once again called and told them that we have no towels and we still have a flooded kitchen and hallway. in the mean time we went to our friends room to shower and get ready so we could leave for the day. By the time we came back that night, no one still had not come to fix the issue, so I walked down to the front desk and asked if they could move us to a different room since they will not come fix the issue in our room. They advised that they were not able to accommodate the request as they were at full capacity. They advised that they would send someone right away and they gave me a bag full of towels for our room. After about 2 hrs they did finally show up to stop the leak and advised that they would have to have the engineering department look at in the morning. They arrived in the morning and tried to fix it and was not able to & asked that we dont use the dishwasher during our stay as they had to order a new one. By this time I knew they wouldn't do anything for me so we just washed all our dishes during our stay. Every time we tried to use the pool they were out of towels and we had to go to the front desk to get some, imagine a pool full of people and no towels!!! A lot of the guest were very frustrated to have to go the front desk to get more towels. They don't even bring towels to your room to replenish them, they just expect you to use the same towels for your whole stay (5 days). Later in the week as we were cooking in the kitchen we noticed that they only had enough silverware for about 4 people even though it was a 3 bedroom room so clearly meant for a larger family. We also ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags, once again we had to go the from desk and ask for some more. By now you get the point....if you need something you need to go to the front desk and ask for it, they dont come to your room to get or give you anything until you check out no matter how long your stay is. This place sure looks amazing on the pictures and from the outside but the staff and the service they provide is by far the worst and I have traveled & stayed internationally and have never had this kind of service. The protentional for this resort is there, they just need to get better management of the property and have the drive to take care of the customers.
