Better value anywhere else Written by a Hilton Diamond Member; over 60 business stays per year Terrible hotel. Feels like a Carribean 3star and that is generous. From the sad lobby to the priority on trying to get you in on a timeshare… I mean “ownership” seminar, to the badly undersized rooms, small pool deck, and lack of amenities and completely absent security (no gates and no secured access) this place felt definitely low-end. If you are a big guy, the single bedroom units will cause a problem, and by “big” I mean if you are carrying an extra 30 lbs, you won’t fit around the foot of the bed given the bizarre and angular room set up. The room deck is a joke. Fits two chairs and you have to move one to go in or out of the unit, no room for a table. The kitchen isn’t even a kitchenette. Good luck trying to cook, no dishwasher, eating area is like something from IKEA. There wouldn’t be a total of 4 feet square of broken up counter space. Have fun with that. The paper towel they provide is like that brown tear off stuff from a public washroom. You will need the combined entrance-living-kitchen-dining are for your suitcases, no room anywhere else. So, clutter. The pools are junk, tiny, small lounge decks, crap for sun because they put high rises to the South and tucked the pools against them. Towels? There’s a couple of well worn ones in the room for the pool, nothing out on the deck. No food or beverages on the pool deck. No smoking; the sections they have marked on their resort map? Nope, that’s wrong. See the trend? Remember that crappy 2.5-star you did in the Dominican when you were 22? This place is just marginally better. This place is nothing more than a base to lay your head and then GTFA from. “resort” yeah. A Developer buddy of mine once said, “I’m not going to stay somewhere on vacation unless it’s nicer than my own home.” Using that as a guide, if you live in a basement apartment or a 1996 Winnebago or your grandmothers unrenovated Mobile Home this is the place for you. It’s worth $150/night USD in peak season. Skip this place and do the Tuscany 1.6kms away, THAT place has value for money

Terrible check in first of all this is a pretty nice hotel, the suites are large and well-equipped, they are well-situated for Disney, universal, $15-25 for most parks including universal studios. They’re big, have 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms - no nightlights for smaller children so you need to leave other lights on or bring your own. Parking is tough and there are often seldom spaces available in the evening, there’s also not much close by other than a dollar tree and a few fast food places, but if you walk a bit further you can reach some better restaurants. Funnily enough we arrived a day earlier than we booked, due to an oversight, when we arrived we were told by the young lad on the deal that we are booked for the following day and they are fully booked - they could see we had an exhausted 6 year old, obviously from abroad and they told us to book the hotel across the road online, and encouraged us to leave. No offer of help, no offer of the WiFi password, just told us to leave… shamefully bad service. Also lots of groups breaking the quiet hours rules Which are not enforced at all.

Nice and Quiet Hotel. This is an older asset but it’s very well maintained. Quiet location. Rooms are very well appointed. Only issue is each building only has one elevator. After we checked in we used the stairs. Pool area is great and the pool is very warm. Very close to Disney. Bottom line a great stay!

Exceeded expectations and close to everything This place exceeds expectations. Lovely fire pits seatings areas, bocci, mini golf, and a great playground. Two pools both with huge hot tubs and a splash kiddie pool as well. Unit was a one bedroom, odd shaped with the seating are technically in the kitchen, had everything we needed to cook and an on site deli with prepared hot sandwiches, great fresh pizza made to order and stuff we could cook in our room, What exceeded expectations here was the hospitality staff. They had an experienced kids program with activities every few hours. We were here over NY Eve and they had a great poolside party with balloon maker, face painter and a DJ, Trays of fruit, snacks and cupcakes and a champagne toast at midnight. I would love the make this place a yearly tradition.
