Sucked Hated it your rooms sucks big ass roaches dead ones and alive humans trafficking at it finest at night it turned into thug mansion smelled funny clothes left in the hallway the worst ever if it wasn’t so late we would’ve NEVER STAYED THERE the doors worked when they want that’s what the staff said

Great location, room, staff The front desk staff was wonderful - able to offer suggestions on where to eat. Hotel and lobby were all very clean and tidy. Room was comfortable with the exception of the air conditioner being broken. I did not notify anyone of the problem so can't say if/how it would have been remedied. I arrived around 6 pm went to grab food and was back by 7 pm when I set the temp, I assumed it would just take some time to cool down - so I said nothing - realized the temp was not changing late - after I was in bed for the night - leaving in the morning. So other than a broken AC which I am sure they could have fixed, it was a nice place to stay. I did not take away any rating points because I chose not to address the issue. This hotel is next to a dunkin' donut and did not say anything about a free breakfast and I didn't inquire. Across the street was a Wawa and there were several food venues within a few minutes drive - the area appeared to be fairly safe (it didn't look shady) and it was quiet.

I would not recommend booking at this hotel. Many problems, filthy bathroom, inaccurate policies/reservations. The website clearly stated pet friendly with pet sitting/walking service. Upon check-in I was told no pets at all welcome, even though my reservation clearly stated pet friendly like the website. No manager on site, had to wait to contact one with family and pet in car after driving over 3 hours. The bathroom was filthy, corroding pipes, peeling wallpaper and ceiling. Carpeting throughout was filthy. No breakfast was served, though advertised it was, not even an accommodation for new COVID guidelines. Advertised high speed wifi - it barely worked in the lobby, didn't work at all. wouldn't even connect, in the room on 3 different devices. This caused me to have to go else where to download and upload for work. Incredibly disappointed in this location. It was only one night, or I would never have stayed. Outside at night there was no lighting by the back doors out to the parking lot - very unsafe.

Staff needs training Male cleaning person tried to barge into our room at 10 am. He did not knock or identify himself. Then after i told him, I'm not dressed or ready to leave the room he continued to try and come into the room by ramming the door. Thank goodness I had the door lock chain on or he would have walking into my room. Totally unprofessional and completely scary. Said something to the front desk but they did not even pretend to care.

Not satisfied with property! Pool filthy! No breakfast as advertised not even coffee! T.V. didn't work! Ants found in bathroom which also had smelly and rough towels. Second Wyndham hotel I have stayed at in Orlando that I have not been satisfied with!!
