Very convenient location, reliable Hampton Inn service. This is a very convenient location for travelers trying to get to the major Orlando attractions and is only minutes from MCO airport. It provides the services that Hampton Inn is famous for, a good basic room and included breakfast. The bedding was comfortable, but I must say the non-carpeted floors were stressful to feet tired from exploring theme parks all day. I understand from a cleanliness standpoint that hard floors are easier to maintain, but i did miss the comfort of something soft underfoot. I give high marks for a shower head that is high enough for my 6'-3" body to get underneath. It had no lack of hot water, pressure, or nozzle settings. There was not much room to spare in the bathroom and the door swings within inches of the toilet. I doubt if a person on the heavy side could get in and close the door without a few gymnastics.

Perfect Stay before Our Cruise! Sasha at the front desk was amazing - kind, courteous, and helpful! She explained the nearby restaurants, breakfast times, and amenities to us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed a standard Hampton Inn breakfast pre-cruise with ample seating in the dining area. Several restaurants and stores were within walking distance. There’s a nearby Cuban food truck that we tried and found to be tasty with phenomenal service. We used the golf cart driven by a gentleman in the shopping plaza in front of the hotel (operates in the evenings) to go to Walgreens to purchase last minute items for our cruise. He charged $5 per person (not too bad but be mindful as he says he works for tips but he gave us a “price” when dropping us off). We ate an early lunch at Sonny’s BBQ and visited Bar Louie for a late snack and cocktails. We would stay here again when staying near the airport.

Great Value and Location A stayed at this hotel on my return from a 7-day cruise, and the bed was comfortable. The location is ideal because its’s really close to the airport. I took the airport shuttle to & from the hotel and experienced no issues with the service. There is a few restaurants directly across from the hotel making it so convenient. I would recommend this location. I also received exceptional service upon check in.

Great Option by the Airport I stayed at the Hampton Inn after I left another hotel in the area that treated me terribly. Yes, it may not be the newest hotel in town, but it was very clean, everything worked well and the staff was excellent. To me, those are the most important things. The location is excellent, and there are many restaurants close by. The pricing was competitive and I really had no complaints at all.

Bad option for shuttle Hotel itself is nice. This complaint is specific to the shuttle service provided. After a grueling 6am flight where I had been up since 3am, got my bags and waited 20 minutes for the shuttle. I then found out I was in the wrong spot since they didn’t fully clarify where to go. After another 20 minutes of waiting the shuttle picks me up. Then about half way to the hotel, the driver gets a message in his walkie talkie, TURNS AROUND, AND GOES BACK TO THE AIRPORT TO PICK UP MORE PEOPLE. Absolutely insane level of terrible customer service. If your plans include using a shuttle service go somewhere else
