Don’t stay !!! This has to be the worst location . It is nasty !!! If you like pet feces on your floor this might be the place for you . We opted for hyper allergic rooms and come to find out they let pets stay in all the rooms . We had to move 3 times due to waste findings on the floor . The front desk offered to give 50% off if we stay and they checked for clean room . We stayed only to be awaken by fire alarm at 1:30am . Everyone evacuated and at that point I knew it was time to leave . I told the front desk to leave a note for management to call back . Never heard from them . I had wife and kids and told my wife this is the 2nd time Hilton has let us down and no more . They are not the same . Employees stated this location has gone down and management does not care and it shows . Stay away if you can !!!! Also walls are super thin you can hear everything in the other rooms not kid friendly if you know what I mean .

5 Nights Broken Toilet I'm writing this as a Lifetime Diamond with Hilton and an Ambassador Elite with Marriott therefore I'm not new to staying in hotels. Terrible service provided by this hotel and Hilton. Arrived late night for my 5 night stay, parked out back and it was extremely cold. Unloaded all my luggage only to find I cannot use a mobile key (which was never sent even to this day although I asked several times for it). Called and the kind solo desk clerk let me in after she finished with her current guest. That night at 2:11 AM asking me "how is everything going so far? -Kisha" Day 2 - Noticed the toilet doesn't flush and although it eventually empties (very slowly) and truly doesn't remove all waste. I reported it to the front desk and some very young man with zero personality texted my concern into his phone. I had to ask "are we done?" and he looked up and said yeah, I texted them. I then asked if I should take the do no disturb sign off the door and he said yeah. I walked away very unsure if this was going to happen and took the sign off. On a side note I never use housekeeping so being a courteous guest I leave the sign up. At 12:07PM I responded to the text saying that I had submitted a work order for the toilet and explaining I will be leaving for several hours and that I didn't feel confident it was going to be done just judging from everything else so far. The response I received was "Yes we have already let engineering know of the issues -Pamela" Needless to say I returned that evening and the toilet was not repaired. I called the Hilton Honors Diamond Desk to report my issue and they assured me that this was being escalated to both the hotel manager but the Hilton customer service department. It is now day 5, I have not heard from anyone and the toiled it still broken. I am able to use it for simple use but anything further I need to go to a public bathroom. I spend about $40,000 annually and my next 10-day stay starting tomorrow in Atlanta will be at a Marriott.

Must read review Great proximity to SeaWorld which is why we chose it. The staff was average (definitely not overly friendly) and the room was ok (clean but basic for a 1 bedroom). The breakfast was an additional $16 charge so we didn't eat there. The mini fridge was adequate for breakfast items and dinner leftovers. Hilton properties are usually my favorite but this was just average. We did experience a fire alarm incident where the siren went off for over 10min but I was unable to reach the front desk and not a single employee explained what was going on. We literally had to run down 8 floors of stairs and we only returned to room because alarm stopped but never did have any staff member address anyone (all the guests in any form to let us know what was going on. Thankfully it wasn't an emergency (I guess) but I would not stay on such a high floor again because it was very disconcerting that not one staff member notified us of the situation even when we checked out an hour later. My main concern was my handicapped friend who had to stay in the room because elevators shut down during such an event and I had no idea if he was in true danger or not. Not sure if this is typical in a fire alarm situation, but it seemed like this would be a serious problem in a true emergency.

Price was decent but wouldn’t stay again Overall we had a okay stay. The location was very convenient and walking distance to SeaWorld. Breakfast was included with our package and your standard hot breakfast, no complaints. The staff were all very friendly. The room itself however was kind of a let down. If we didn’t keep the A/C below 70° the room smelled like mildew and was humid (mild temps while we visited and low humidity outside). The bathroom was pretty gross and outdated. The tub had black marks and around the bottom and was worn. The water temp fluctuated frequently to scalding hot water. For being a Hilton, the TV was also surprisingly outdated. No access to smart TV services through the TV itself or a fire stick. Had minimal basic cable channels. Pillows were not comfortable and went flat almost as soon as you laid on them. No additional blanket in room like we’re used to at a Marriott. It served its purpose for the week but was definitely not enjoyable for our honeymoon. We will be going back to Marriott for our next stay.

Only good thing is location. Close to Sea World, midway to Universal and Disney Very disappointed with upkeep of property. The previous review by Brian P. was spot on, except the pool was disgusting and whirlpool was broken. My key wouldn’t access gym at 4 a.m. and front desk was unattended, 2 days of 3. I try to find positives when staying at Hilton properties, but this hotel was a tough one. There are a lot of options in the area, so I’m sure will stay somewhere else next time
