Fresh Break sports restaurant at the Hilton Orlando Fresh Break restaurant was really good. Had steak excellent and reasonable price. The second night had the wings with a jerk rub. Well seasoned, crisp and generous amount of celery and carrots . Service very good. Drinks excellent Atmosphere fun and friendly. Have eaten here the past 2 nights will probably go again.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful experience All the staff members were extra accommodating to our family and my service dog. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond to provide us with the best experience. 10/10 recommend. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Definitely will be returning in the future.

Best pool! Mario was awesome! He was great in helping us book another great promotion thru hilton honors. Give him a raise! The kids always love the waterslide and lazy river. The pool area is always clean and servers are especially attentitive. This is our favorite stay-cation spot!

The sweetest staff at Scratch Market I went to the Hilton Orlando for a work conference. The staff at the Scratch Market were super friendly in the mornings, even when they would have a giant line of people wanting coffee. I especially remember Amy Gilbert, she was just the sweetest and most pleasant woman to deal with. I wish she was serving me my coffee everyday!

Awesome Customer Service Had a issue with my room. Valeria from the front desk went above and beyond my expectations to ensure the next room was to my satisfaction. Although many people were checking in, she was very polite, friendly, and professional. Always smiling!
