Nice place with no hot water and bad customer experience I booked two nights and there was no hot water. Cold shower first day and second day it was still not available along with boil notice. When I asked what they were doing to compensate those staying they said they would only charge me for one night if I checked out and went to another hotel which is what I did. Horrible customer experience.

Nice and clean but..... Start with the good. Rooms were nice clean and attractive even though dated for the cost. Shower had good pressure and heated quickly. Good A/C not too noisy, housekeeping cleaned and restocked towels daily. The not so good. They could use more outlets(3 single plug outlets, one on each Lamp and there wasnt any USB ports at all ) no fridge, no microwave in rooms. Wifi was hard to figure out for a less tech savvy guy like me. TV was mostly payperrview channels. Ice machine on 1st floor didn't work but things break down, I just used the second floors. Be aware on the first floor there was a bar with loud music playing down the hall til late( didn't affect me so much as I am very hard of hearing) all in all it wasn't a bad stay and I would stay there again (except spring break) if they updated the rooms with a fridge and microwave. Like all the other hotels in the area that I have stayed in. I do a biannual trip there every year just not during spring break.

Lots of inconveniences... I don't write many reviews but we had our share of inconveniences here. We travel a lot, this was not a very good stay. To be brief: Show water pressure was terrible, the worst I have seen anywhere, just a trickle... couldn't hardly get shampoo out of our hair. Tried adjusting the sprayer but it was not helpful. Only one working light in bathroom so it was very dim in there. TV kept shutting off and having to re-boot every 10-15 minutes. No cups provided for water. Only 3 towels provided for a room that sleeps 4. Pillows were so soft and flat your head basically went through to the mattress. Lastly, we booked this room for 2 nights. We called the day of to alert the hotel we would not make it there for the 1st night but still would be coming for the 2nd night. I was told we'd be charged for the "no show" night at 50% the nightly rate (I agreed), then upon arrival the front desk informed me I would be charged full price for the no-show night since we were using the 2nd night. The lady at the desk was very indifferent when I explained that is not what I was told when I called. The opposite of what we agreed to on the phone. Will not be staying here again.

Would recommend Excellent hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, great pillows (which I never say about hotel pillows!). Would stay again and recommend. Room 350 is super nice with a river view! Reasonable price. We were willing to pay a little more because so many hotels had bad reviews about bugs and loitering in the parking lot. This hotel had neither for only slightly more. Well worth the price paid for cleanliness, safety and a good night’s sleep. Pool and gym were very nice too!

Great staff! Mallory was a fabulous addition to the staff! So grateful for her going above and beyond to make our experience smooth! Clean and professional environment….would absolutely be back. I came for a quick weekend – I was so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and professionalism.
