Ants in both rooms that we checked in The hotel is so old , elevator make loud noise every time operate , the room is full of ants and I raise the concern to the supervisor who was in the reception and I agree to change the room but unfortunately when I moved there I sow also ants over the sink , so disappointed as I still have 10 days , my old experience was with other branch under the same name and it was amazing, the hotel need full renovation ( red ants is so risky for the kids and so painful for them )

Horrendous experience never to be repeated. Absolutely awful. I am surprised they have so many good reviews our experience was awful. The hotel is very dark and dated. My family members carpet had a ripped thread bare carpet which was also dangerous for the children. There was a live bees nest outside the living room window (complete with honeycomb) Towards the end of our seven day stay the sewage water started coming up through the bath and over the toilet bowl. We phoned down to reception and was told a maintenance person would come to our suite. At this point we had just woke up and hadn't even showered yet. We sat in the room waiting eventually they came and sorted the problem. However, there was still the problem of cleaning the area. I phoned down to reception again and asked to be moved to another room I was told that the cleaning person would attend (no reference to my request to be moved) Eventually my sister went down to reception and on her return she said we were allocated another room. This sounded great but we were allocated 90 mins to move our belongings (a family of nine) We had not washed or eaten and there we were scuttling down the corridor like rats. i am not sure if the staff are aware of the connotations of breathing in waste water let alone sitting in the room waiting for it be dealt. The lifts need some attention. Every time we went into the lift the noise and the abrupt halting scared the children. I should have invoiced them for that experience.

Family stay Our family of 5 stayed here for a week while visiting orlando. We stayed in room 408. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival. They offered us breakfast when we arrived which was a welcome greatly appreciated. Our room was extremely small for a family of 5. 2 double beds crammed into a small bedroom. The sofa bed was good _. The bathroom was dated and tired looking. As was the decor in this room. The fridge and microwave were brilliant and large. The electrical outlets were old and worn. The room was clean and well airconditioned and well serviced throughout our stay. The breakfast was ok and sufficient. Overall this hotel is just sufficient.great location clean and great staff throughout. But it is very dated and old ,in my opinion it needs to be brought into modern times.

Central location and room was OK BUT the lift was malfunctioning and super noisy, breakfast average, pool opens 9am Staff were nice and accommodated by request for a quiet room but the lift was making so much noise I heard it while sleeping. I like to swim before work but the pool doesn’t open until 9am… after seeing the breakfast I went out and bought my own. Good central location

Great location, excellent staff Just back from a wonderful stay at the Homewood Suites. I had stayed here before in 2008 and always said that I would return when my grandchildren were old enough to enjoy Orlando. We had two king suites, six people in our party and everyone was very happy, the rooms were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good ( plenty of choices). We lost power one night for about 12 hours ( due to a transformer catching fire at the back of hotel) . The staff were very helpful and still managed to provide us with a cold breakfast, only downside the Wi-Fi didn’t come back to the bedrooms for a couple of days. The only other disappointment was the shuttle service to the parks is no more. We had a hire car and you also have free parking at hotel. Hope to be back again soon. The hotel is in a prime position, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops within easy walking distance.
