Great Stay in a Quiet Location! From the moment we checked in we were very pleased with the service and hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the 2nd building across the parking lot from the main building and it was great. Quiet, clean and no issues. Except for the barking dog a couple doors down who would not stop barking. Other than that all was great. Easy access to Universal Studios, and I4. Room was comfortable. We'd stay there again.

Disappointing Stay with Poor Customer Service I recently stayed at this hotel and encountered several issues with my room. Firstly, there is a significant gap at the bottom of the door, which not only lets in light but also allows sound from the hallway to be clearly heard inside the room. This greatly disturbed my stay as it was noisy throughout the night. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in my room was not functioning properly, making it very uncomfortable. Lastly, the room itself appears quite old and in need of maintenance. I requested to change my room to a king room and even mentioned that I would be willing to pay any additional charges required for the change. However, the front desk staff did not assist me with this request, which I found to be very disappointing and indicative of poor customer service. Based on this experience, I do not recommend others to stay at this hotel.

Good Hotel, some improvements needed The hotel team is friendly and acessible, most of them Brazilians, they make your stay easier. However, premisses are outdated, the cleaness have an opportunity for improvement, doors also didnt close well. The best part : Localization, is excelent, easy access to Universal, restaurants, shops and attractions.
