Breathe taking This hotel does many things wonderful. The only thing it doesn't do wonder is service. The service at this hotel goes above and beyond anything I can put into words. The food, shops, and rooms are second to none. The only thing that made this hotel better were the express passes that came as the room keys

Great stay even with construction We stayed at LOWES portifino bay July 2024. We were upgraded to the villa wing, thanks JAKE at the front desk ❤️. Our room was spacious and the bathrooms were huge. West wing had some construction the only issue was getting to the harbor took a little longer than normal, it was no big deal. Boats ran very often never waited more than 5 mins for a boat either way. They had text concierge service which was amazing. They were able to adjust dinning reservations, ask for more towel, ask questions about property (thanks to Faith at concierge for your help!) Only a few complaints, no fan in the bathroom and rooms in villa wing need some paint and room decor. Just seemed very bland. Pools close at 11pm which stinks if you are coming back after park close 10pm and want to so a late night swim. Tip: if going to volcano bay you can pick up free towels at luggage services

Let down overpriced property Great location. Very run down rooms for it's price. Stayed there only because of fast/Express passes (which were not much shorter than regular lines! In fact, child swap line was moving waaaay faster in most attractions). We had room on 3rd floor/lobby level. Upon entering the room we noticed night stand and arm chair were moved. The floor lamp was broken/top was tilted one side. Night stand on one side had dried blood stains, pretty gross...(See picture). We didn't use pool or restaurants so cannot comment on these. Beds were uncomfortable so as pillows. One bath tower had black stains . Mini coffee maker and mini fridge were a nice surprise. Hotel construction didn't effected our stay at all. Disappointed in this hotel mostly because of pretty high price (over $500 a night), room and beds quality! And fast pass was such a rip off Water taxi was one of few positive things.

Beautiful hotel We had a great time. The room was clean but a bit small. Very convenient access to the parks (water-taxis) and good choice of restaurant. The outdoor really is beautiful. The kids enjoyed it a lot, plenty of activities to do for them. The staff was nice.

Family vacation We stayed from June 21st through the 27th. We had a great time and the hotel was clean and nice we. Yes they are going through major renovations but the construction didn’t affect our stay. The food was amazing at every restaurant we ate at. The boat ride to the parks was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend staying.
