Go elsewhere The interactions with front desk people was fine - we were unable to check in early but they offered to keep our bags and allow us to park before check in. The rest of the experience was not good. The bed was horrible - it felt like we were sleeping on the floor, pillows are flat, the AC woke us up every time it kicked on, and neither of us could breathe all night because of the condition of the room. Also, twice housekeeping attempted to open our door before check out without knocking. Spend the few extra dollars and go somewhere else to get yourself a decent night’s sleep.

Terrible customer service The customer service was terrible; they serve you as if you were asking for money, with a rude way of speaking and an expression of annoyance. The room we stayed in had no hot water, we informed the staff but they ignored it the first time, so I had to complain a second time. The beds had such soft mattresses that we couldn't sleep on them and we got up with back pain. Besides that, we are in the cold season and the room didn't have blankets and we had to ask for them. The room didn't have heating but only cold air conditioning, this hotel is a disaster. We asked to change rooms because it didn't have hot water and they told us they didn't have any more rooms, even though there weren't even 15 cars parked in a hotel with capacity for more than a hundred people.

Nice stay I found the facility and staff to be fine. This hotel is close to SeaWorld and International Drive. During my stay the hot tub was not working, the pool has sand at the bottom, the ac in room runs louder than average but very cold. The restaurant/bar was not open during the week. None of those issues were of major concern to me. Enjoyed sitting outside in evenings near pool which is a covered area. Never felt unsafe with walking in the area. Walked to 7 Eleven a few times at night with no issue. I would recommend this place as you could easily pay double for similar.

Cheap and clean. So much potential Yes, the hotel needs updating. But there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Everything was clean. Everyone was nice. We checked in at 4am and there was someone at the desk available without a wait. (Which in our experience is not the same at other hotels). The hotel did have a confusing entrance/parking situation that some more signs would definitely fix. But the vibe felt like it was it was a less expensive “Victorian-age Floridian” hotel.
