Honestly, just Okay As a Dimond Member we honestly expected more. We were here for a timeshare/ buy points sale and had a studio on the 2 floor with a view a palm tree. This room had nowhere to sit and very dim lights. The room was extremely clean so great job to housekeeping! Sales pitch was pushed over and over with multiple times telling them “ No” . I get it they are trying to do their job and all . One would think if someone is selling you something you’d have a better room and experience.

Outstanding Family Hotel We stayed here for one night when traveling up from Miami before seeing some friends in the Orlando area. This is a great Disney area family hotel, work Manny pools and places to relax. We did get to use the pools for an hour or so and they were great. Every type of Easter you want on the area. This is a Grant Vacation so they do cater to your needs and have all kind of things. Would love y to came back and spend more time.

Best Stay at a hotel This was our first stay at Parc Solei and it will not be our last. Everything was wonderful. The 1 bedroom suite was amazing and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the view from our balcony was amazing as we got to see the fireworks from Epcot. Cerina, Valeria, Juan Carlos and Leilani are an amazing team and assisted us with everything we needed. They accommodated a late check out and Valeria sent over a very sweet gift for my birthday and it really made my day. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Family and Friends Disney World Trip We recently stayed at Parc Soleil for an 11 night stay. My family had a 3-bedroom (pictured) and our friends that came along had a 1-bedroom. Our stay was wonderful. The room was standard HGV quality and everything was great. Nice cool air conditioning, excellent square footage, and excellent service. We arrived at night, so did not know what the view looked liked. The picture of the lake was the morning after we arrived. I had requested a firework view and get got that. We ate at the pool restaurant for a couple meals and the service and food were great. You do get a 10% discount if you are an owner. Appreciated the free parking garage that was able to accommodate our 12 passenger van. Of the 12 days we did DW for 8 park days. The property offered quick access to all of the parks. What I liked most about the property is that the pools were open until 11PM. This allowed for several night of swimming - if even just for 30 minutes - after long days in the parks. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Orlando in the future.

Parc Soliel is lovely.... We live in Orlando and are Hilton Owners. Out of the HGV properties in Orlando, this is my favorite. The location and facilities are great. I literally walked in to check on our room and was greeted by a gentleman before getting to the desk who was checking us in. It seemed he did not see our name, so we proceeded to the front desk. The gentleman at the desk was also pleasant. I was saddened that our room was not ready on time because we had brought our groceries and wanted to go directly to our room, but we had bell service to take our items. The first gentleman then returned, apologized for not finding my name, and said I needed to go to the VIP section. I told him no worries; it was not a big issue. We just wanted to check into our room. I proceeded to the VIP section and got some snacks. We then went back to the bell service and was greeted by Matt. He chatted with us about sports. Glad we had that experience because it made time waiting for our room go by. Around 5:20 pm, I went back to the lobby regarding our room. The desk receptionist went to the back to check on our room and when she returned, she informed me that the room was ready. We told Matt, our bell service representative, and he gladly said he would bring our items. We got to our room to check it out, and not too far behind, Matt was there. He was so helpful and awesome; just phenomenal. We loved our room and view! There was only one hiccup: there were people smoking in a nonsmoking area, and the smell was overpowering since it was 2 to 3 people in a family that was smoking. The smell was coming to the area where we posted up. I did not appreciate that. They were not owners, but whether they were owners or not, it was not a smoking area. I informed the front desk and security a couple of times, and it seemed nothing was handled. The family was smoking very often, so it was not like security or any staff was not able to see it, let alone not smell it. Hey, you want to smoke, but please do not do it where others are constantly coming in and out of that area or close to the pool area. I would say to improve this.
