Quality Inn & Suites Near the Theme Parks

False advertising We booked this hotel because it advertised shuttle service to the airport. It however, does not offer shuttle service to the airport and would not refund our money to get a hotel that offered the service. Manager was curt and uncompromising.

Half term family break for two We stayed here for one week at the end of May, myself and my teenage son. The room was very spacious, the beds so very large & comfortable, clean room and towels every day, the staff at reception polite and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good, toast, bagels, pancakes, muffins, yogurts, cereals, boiled eggs and fruit. There is a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor, $2 per use. Snacks and drinks available to purchase at the reception. Shampoo and conditioner wasn’t replenished every day but I asked at reception and they were happy to give me several bottles. The swimming pool we didn’t use but I did dip my toe in and it was beautifully clean and warm. The only negative for us was that we were staying at the back of the hotel and the noise of traffic on the Turnpike (toll road) which was directly behind us was extremely noisy. However this was blocked out by the sound of the air conditioning so didn’t affect our sleep. 5 mins drive from Universal & about 25 mins drive to the Disney park’s depending on the time of day/traffic. Ihop, KFC & Taco Bell all within a two minute drive walk. We would definitely return. Its a big thumbs up from us __

Terrible Hotel that is dead bugs on the bed and hotel manager Christine should get fired There are dead bug in the bed sheet when we check in the room, I talk to the manager name Christine and she doesn't care at all and didn't get a single sorry from her. It's late at night and we have to replace the sheets by ourself. The manager Christine should get fired. Who knows what you going to get if book a room from there. DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!

Great service and good location Tavia at the front desk was amazing. She helped me print my tickets to Seaworld and my airplane boarding passes. The wifi was excellent. The rooms were reasonably clean. The room furniture was a little old and worn. Bedding was very clean. There was a small fridge, safe and microwave. Free breakfast included waffles, hard boilded eggs, cereal, bananas and apples. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay if you are doing Universal Studios. If you are looking for a reasonable place to stay this is it! The staff were fantastic, the room was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. We spent the day at Disney Springs, headed back to the hotel to check in before we went for dinner. Upon arrival the front desk staff was so welcoming and polite. We have my aunt who is a senior with us and asking for a main floor room was absolutely no problem. Once we finished check in, I asked about places to eat around the hotel, the staff ( which I didn't catch his name) was super helpful and told us about many places right near the hotel and even more places to eat if we were willing to take a quick drive down the highway. My daughter wanted Olive Garden( not my personal choice m) so we decided to do that, which was only a few minutes away. On our way out I asked Franklin about some attractions in the area and he too was very helpful along with a woman named Taleisha. Once back to the hotel my Aunt took a shower and commented on how great the water pressure was and that the tub was sparkling. We all talked about how clean the bathroom was and that it smelled clean too(which was a big deal to us lol) I don't sleep well on a good day, so each time I woke and left the room to air outside the front desk staff said hello and was friendly too. Breakfast is your standard continental breakfast which is perfect for us as we were heading to Universal and didn't want to be weighed down with a glutinous breakfast . Overall I highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!
