Worst experience This is so far one of the worst hotel. They charged you for parking 30$ per night I booked this hotel through booking.com the amount showed was 460$ when I come to the site which is the hotel they told me they ganna charge me 720$ when I wanted to cancel my reservation they said you have to speak with booking which I did 3 times but they said they cannot do nothing at their end. The costumer service is horrible the guy is horribly impolite and rude. I end up pay 200$ for one night it’s a 100$ per night hotel worst stay I had

Water issue Sink was clogged, no running water in room in the morning because electric was out. Then, this water came out which doesn’t drain. Faucet was wiggly. Breakfast buffet was little too over priced for what they had, so we went near by restaurant. Resort fee + parking + tax, be ready to pay a lot more than what you see. People at front desk were nice. Over all, my kids enjoyed pool area, so it’s all good. I wish I didn’t see that water situation.

Great Location and Staff I’ve stayed here before because of the location near convention center and other hotels hosting events. Staff here is excellent and very helpful. Rooms are well appointed, sanitized and cleaned. Beds and linens changed and I felt safe here during COVID times. I had a fireworks Sea World facing room. Because of COVID lounge closed. Big bar in lobby now only open on weekends. Overall very good stay

Pool, Burgers & Fireworks 2 Night Couples GetAway Just Because. Everything was excellent but I must compliment the food. We had poolside burgers which were wonderfully seasoned, cooked perfectly as we asked and served on a crisp toasted brioche bun! We had purchased included breakfast with our room, the breakfast buffet was stunning and included an omelet station. We enjoyed omelettes, mini waffles, fresh fruit, bacon, juice and coffee. There was much more on the buffet to enjoy we love breakfast it was fresh and worth the money to start our day. We ordered room service it was very good, correct & packaged well. The only gripe I have is one I have with all Orlando hotels I just don’t think I should have to pay to self park where I paying to sleep…these hotels get us every single time. Our room faced Sea World so at the end of the night we enjoyed some beautiful Fireworks just for opening the curtains. Hand Sanitizer Stations Were Accessible Everywhere. The hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were very professional & helpful. Excellent Experience I Highly Recommend.

Great Hotel I have to say that the customer service at this hotel was excellent. From the front desk to the staff at Tradewinds restaurant, to the staff at the bar-everyone was so helpful and courteous. The beds were great! The BEST thing was that the pool area was opened until midnight!! We ended up enjoying that so much during our stay. It was wonderful to be able to take the kids there in the evenings after a day of exploring Orlando. The only reason why I cannot give 5 stars is because we had issues with the wifi. It did work but was slow and spotty at times. That being said, I will most definitely return to this hotel.
