Infested with roaches Infested with roaches. Stayed in the 16th floor. Night one saw a live cockroach beside the coffee maker. The following morning another live cockroach on bathroom counter by sink. Per previous reviews this seems to be a common problem at this hotel.

Disappointing for a 4* Hotel On arrival we was hit with an unadvertised deposit of $25 per adult per night for the duration of your stay. We were advised the deposit would be given back on you checking out on your last day. We have been to numerous hotels around the world and thought the 4* rating for this hotel was over-rated. My room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days during our week stay and I had to ask for clean towels on those 3 days when we arrived back late in the evening. I brought breakfast twice and was disappointed as there was very little choice. The hotel is located at the other end of International Drive from the main activities. If we visit Orlando again (this was our 2nd visit) we will not return to this hotel. The pool area was nice.

Always good Great location. Nice updated rooms. Buffet breakfast is OK. Some staff can be rude, especially those at Java coffee. Pool area nice. Cocktails at the pool are good value compared to some hotels. Good views overlooking International Drive and the new Epic Universe. Sandwiches at the deli are delicious. Try the Ruben. Washing facilities are available (take plenty of quarters for the machines)

An disappointed trip While this hotel has a great location and looks good on the outside, the experience inside was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude and acted like they didn’t even want to be there. Basic amenities were lacking—there wasn’t even a hairdryer in the room. The gym cost $15, but the equipment was outdated and not worth the price. On top of that, there was no free breakfast, and they charged around $30 for just one meal. Definitely not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great location for the Orange County Convention Centre This hotel is a great location for the convention centre. Rooms are very specious, clean and fresh. Most staff were friendly and our only disappointment was the food, 7 restaurants is not entirely factual. We ordered food one night in the bar but sadly ended up leaving as it still had not arrived after 40mins and chasing. If this part of the hotel was improved we would give it a 5 star.
