Great for the price but could do with some work. Stayed to be close to the OCCC. The check in was quick and were happy to move rooms around so we were close to friends also travelling. The room was cleaned daily which was great and housekeeping did an amazing job. The carpets however are dirty. Our socks were filthy so I do think a refurb is needed. Our room also often smelt like weed from the vents. The rooms should be no smoking so it wasn't great specially when you dont smoke yourself. Pools were great and breakfast was plentiful and great. Also can get a half decent cup of tea from the 24 hr shop at the front which is great. All in I would stay again but maybe rip the carpets up and put a hard floor down.

Perfect budget hotel I was a little worried about staying here after reading some of the reviews but I can honestly say I'm Was very happy, The rooms although dated had everything you need, the beds were very comfortable, having free AC was brilliant. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, the hotel is very disable friendly, car parking was free for the entire stay which is uncommon, the pool and site were very clean and the rooms were cleaned daily. If just you're planning to be out most days and just need a base this hotel is perfect, My room was situated right beside I4 but once in the room you couldn't hear it and the hotel is central to all the parks.

It’s very nice but pink chicken and theft encouraged by cleaners The chicken in the buffet is pink, not all chicken, just the “baked” and “cooked” chicken in that one big metal pot, the one with a variety of sizes like wings and legs and thighs, it’s all somewhat pink, I don’t think it’s safe to eat but I did and I am currently unwell. The chicken in lite bites is fine and quite tasty, and so are the other chicken products in the buffet, along with all other meat. Additionally, the cleaners left our room door open, nothing was taken but the cleaners were nowhere to be seen and our room was spotless, but the door was left wide open, about 4 or 5 inches (10cm) open, which isn’t good enough as someone could walk into our room and steal jewellery and other things outside the safe. I’m sure it was an accident but it isn’t good enough as we were out all day at Disney. Randy who works in the shop and uyen who works in the restaurant are both extremely nice, please do show them respect as they’re great people and pookie bears

A good base for a bed, that's about it. Really weird moment. Stayed in this hotel in 1989 with my parents. I was 10yrs old, & I was taken to Disney and all the other stuff. I only mention this as I returned 30yrs later with my own 10yr old son. Other than the decor, the hotel hasn't changed. The food is cheap but very basic but to be fair, we only had breakfast. The hotel can organise trips to Disney world, however these are expensive and the scheduled bus never turned up on a number of occasions. This ment waiting round for hours, or paying for allergies travel. With regards to Sea World, Universal, I-drive and all other attractions, the hotel is ideally located with the nearest I-trolley stop just outside. Various shops are within a 5mins walk. Although not the worst hotel in the world, I would look for another one to stay in if I went again.
