No housekeeping for rack rate guest I stayed her because my sister is an TS owner. I paid full price for my villa and three days before my arrival I received an email that there is no daily housekeeping for rack rate guest. I called the hotel and I had to beg Russel for at least one cleaning and he told me that he would make an exception and would clean my room on a Wednesday and I couldn't be in the room because of Covid. I left my room early in the morning and came back late afternoon to find the room was not cleaned. I tried to call guest services and they never pick up. Don't get me wrong I clean my home, but I have to clean on my vacation also! Did I mention that the resort was full to capacity, I don't think they really cared about Covid.

Great stay at the Vistana! We had a spacious and very clean two bedroom unit. Everything was in working order and it was located in my preferred location. The staff were friendly and courteous. Each morning we enjoyed a walk to the on-site market for their delicious coffee drinks. My family also enjoyed the fitness center and swimming pool. It was also a perfect location for our trips to Disney Springs and Epcot.

Lack of shade at the pool My perspective is that of someone who generally stays at Marriott resorts. Also - it was my husband and I. No kids. We also were not there for the parks. We live in St Petersburg (90 minute drive) and just wanted to spend a few days at a pool. We had a two bedroom unit in building 9. The room location was a bit removed from the main area. It was quiet and there is a lake out front. Pros: * I liked the location of our building #9 - it was quiet. Great for adults but you would want a building closer to the pool if you have toddlers with you. * Room was clean * Grounds are pretty * Parking is plentiful - we had no problem finding a spot right outside our building. Cons: * Almost no shade / umbrellas at the pool. This was a big one for me. There are maybe 6-8 umbrellas at the loungers at the main pool. There are also a few first come - first serve cabanas. You need to get to the pool by 7-8am to grab something that will give you shade. * The kitchen could be stocked better. Marriott does a much better job. * There is no pool service for food or drinks. Additionally I had to wait in line - inside - for 20 minutes to order a drink. Bottom line - I came here to enjoy the pool and the lack of shade was a disappointment.

Never again This hotel is a disgrace for the city it is set in and for the group it belongs to , I booked in early June a prepay offer my booking was on Saturday July 17th for 20 nights on Friday the 16th they charged my credit card when we checked it at night I get messages from my bank that the hotel has charged my card again it was a shock to me and I complained at reception and the manager said the first charge was an authorization and the second was a charge an archaic system that was common in the eighties but is illegal now as hotels now use the same authorization code used at check in to check out to avoid freezing to much money from the customers credit card then one of our rooms the card reader was defective and they just would not replace it . I will never come back here and will speak with every travel agent at home to warn about this tourist trap

Not the resort it used to be Appliances are old, furniture is dirty, nothing is being done to protect from COVID. Has become a party atmosphere for non owners. 10-12 people staying in a villa, loud music, parties, nightly renters constantly being overturned. Orange county comes here regularly. When you can rent here for under $100 a night you shouldn't expect much more. Sheraton sold out the owners when they sold to Marriott, they don't care at all about the owners and it shows. This place continues to change for the bad not the good. Takes front desk 5-10 minutes to answer the phone and then gives you a hard time when you do need something and what is requested is not what arrives. It is becoming unsafe here and no one seems to care. They are not worried about the clientele they let in.
