Stay somewhere else Check in was horrible we waited 2 hours at 4 am to get a room. I did not get the room i reserved. My room was not cleaned my entire stay. There ice machines around the property were broken. The shower gel dispenser was empty. The doors between my rooms was set incorrectly so it didn't fully close.The restaurants were not prepared to serve lunch when we got there, so we just ordered takeout. This was probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Great Check in! Room was ok. Jermiel was an absolute gem while checking in. He had me excited to stay at the property and enthused about all of the different events! Room is ok. Had a funny smell when entering (like water) and there was a puddle in the bedroom. Thats the only reason I took a star off. Other than that Great experience!

Very welcoming!! We are here for our first time bring our kids to Disney. The holiday Inn provided our family with Excellent customer service and made us feel warm and welcome! Jermeil was excellent! He made sure we had all the information we would need to enjoy our stay. He was very friendly and made the experience feel like home away from home.

Awful Hotel Rude managers, dirty rooms, will not answer phone at front desk. Billing was an issue and no one will respond. You call IHG they send you to hotel and vice versa. When there just wanted to switch rooms and was offered that option! Avoid hotel!!

Fun! Jermeil was so great checking us in, super friendly and funny too! So excited to be here again. This is our go to family vacation spot everytime we're in Orlando and have an amazing time each and every time! Fun Waterpark. Great restaurants!!
