Beautiful hotel! The hotel is fabulous Very comfortable rooms, with clean, luxurious bathrooms. The friendly, gracious staff add to the charm of this hotel. From Fasil and Ernie attending our car and luggage, to Sam at the restaurant, we felt very appreciated as guests. An added treat was the ability to use the JW Marriott's lazy river pool. I would happily return there again.

Such a GREAT hotel First upon pulling up after driving through Central Florida Summer storms, we were greeted graciously by Basil-professional, personal, warm and welcoming in typical Ritz-Carlton fashion-clearly the best of the best! Thank you Basil, your welcome and interactions throughout the weekend were deeply appreciated and the very reason we stay at this hotel! A true gentleman in every sense of the word.

Best massage ever - Rick at the Spa I had a massage at the spa with Rick and it was far and away the best massage I have ever had. You can tell he has a background in physical therapy. He worked with me to make the experience personal and it was tailored to my specific issues and needs.

Poor customer service The night we checked in, we wanted to give our kids a bath. When we turned the hot water on, the drain in the bathtub bubbled up, and the tub started backing up with black sewage. I understand things go wrong, so we called maintenance and they said "yeah, that happens when you use the hot water." We were not offered to switch rooms at that time. They did absolutely nothing to make this right or to make us feel any better about this. So we'll stick to the four seasons. I never will recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not up to the Ritz standard.
