Hilton Grand Vacations Club Las Palmeras Orlando

A Very pleasant stay I went in February 2023, location is decent, not too far from I drive and across the road from the orange county convention centre which is wonderful to look at especially at night. The building is very modern and up to date. Rooms The rooms are extremely spacious with all the comforts that anyone can ask for (being florida you will fall in love with the air con) Tv was a smart tv so can log into the normal streaming apps and has the normal cable style tv. The bed was extremely comfortable not too hard yet not too soft and my head sank into the pillows, this was perfect after a long flight. Kitchen is the perfect size with a fridge freezer, cooker, cutlery glasses cups plates etc etc, coffee making machine and complimentary coffee which you can ask for more if needed. Dining room table big enough for 6 people The bathroom/shower room made me feel like a king (if you have a lot of money you would probably not notice how nice it is as you would be used to it). On the ground floor there are Plenty of activities (e.g pool table and gym), it has a kids playground so they won’t get board. The pool is an adequate size with a nice temperature too it and a hot tub to the side though this obviously gets busy. Pleanty of seating around the outside of the pool with a few BBQs ready for use and a lovely fountain. In the lobby, very comfortable seating for when you are waiting for either someone checking in or a ride somewhere, some flavoured water available for free, this area is used for the superbowl which was an amazing time. There are a few computers in the lobby however most people would most likely have their own tech. The bar was expensive and the breakfast I had was like it came from a burger van at monsters of rock festival so would not recommend for the breakfast but they did make up for it on the dinner. Finally in terms of positive feedback the staff were fantastic and very welcoming I felt if I had any issues I could approach any one of them Without feeling uncomfortable. Cons The main issue I had was the cancellation of the bus to the airport or parks be it Disney or universal as they said it’s better to get an Uber, that is most likely good for a family however if you are a solo traveler and don’t want the expense of a car, the fact they have a big sign to show they can get you park tickets yet won’t provide the actual transport is well in your face to be honest so -1 for making me moan. All in all 4 stars and look forward to going back.

Best Experience Ever We had such a good experience there. We were in Orlando for the volleyball Nationals and first, in the pictures, was showing a kind of old rooms. For our surprise, the rooms were remodeled and the studio was very nice. Second very good surprise was that we were 5 minutes walking for the Convention Center. I'd like to mention that I had the service of one of the nicest and sweetest housekeeping ever - Hayde (Haydelina Salguera). Hayde was providing anything we needed with such a good mood and smile in her face that made us feel home. I wish we had more people working in the world, as she works. Good Hotel but with hidden extra fees Its a great and newer property closer to Sea World but far from Disney or Universal. You will need a car to get around and expect traffic congestions from across the street Orlando Convention Center when events are running. The Hotel doesn't advertised hidden fees such as a steep parking fee nor WiFi connection regardless if you used it or not. The staff is very friendly and will do their best to meet your needs. Corporate should raised their salary to living wages.

Great stay, but please fix the Peloton! Very clean and lovely hotel! Suite was super spacious and the staff was very attentive. When I travel, I only book at hotels that have Pelotons in the fitness center. Las Palmeras has a lovely gym but the Peloton needs to be serviced. The resistance was way too hard--please have it looked at! Thank you!

Excellent property Excellent experience from check in to check out. Rooms and view were fantastic. Everyone was so willing to lend a hand and help wherever needed. Will definitely return!
