Clean, Quiet and Friendly Resort The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room and resort grounds were clean and well-kept. The beds were comfy, and it is always nice to have a full kitchen and laundry, too. It was close to Universal, shopping and only 30min from Disney. There were lots of activities available each day, pools, and more amenities on-site. You can purchase discounted theme park tickets at the front desk, too. No hidden resort fees, either. The buildings have elevators for those who have trouble with stairs. Highly recommend! Oh, they do not have smart tv or dvd player, so bring an hdmi cable and phone adapter if you want to watch streaming services. TV does have cable and HBO.

Bugs place We got a one bedroom suite and the second night we had a roach in one of the bathrooms. The other bathroom was crawling with ants. Looks renovated but the room was infested with bugs. The dryer vent was full of lint and the washer was DIRTY. Do not stay here, unless you want bugs crawling up your legs.

Wonderful stay, past reviews almost had me miss this lovely property. We had the two bedroom signature. It had a full kitchen, dining, living, washer/dryer and two baths. They have given 3rd floor as I asked and customer service is impeccable. Very clean and I’ve loved my stay here and Diego was so sweet at check in.

Clean, quiet and convenient Very accommodating staff (had a middle of the night arrival due to airline delay), very clean large room. The place is like a nice condo unit. The kids had fun with the yard games ( shuffleboard, mini golf, ping pong, etc). Slightly off the beaten path, next to an apt complex, and it was nice and quiet. Beds comfy, chairs were old cushions broken down, but very clean. Full kitchen is great, as is laundry - given all the necessary soaps, etc. Pools and spas standard, but that’s just fine!

A Peasant Surprise Oldest of 3 Westgate resorts in our Orlando area, but close to theme parks , stores, etc. Pros: 1st class in front desk service, cleanliness (unit and grounds), amenities (pools and hot tubs, game room, yard games, pool and ping-pong,...plus full activity slate daily. Bonus: no resort fee charge....RCI timeshare user.
